I honestly like just below the knee. I’ve seen a lot of videos however of pros that are going just above the knee

From what I have read, benching with a flat back can be poor for long term joint health and having an arch is ideal. Also incline shouldn’t touch the chest as it stresses rotator cuff. Again, not from experience, just video and article from pros.

One of my other questions to this is; would you have a point where your focus is 10-15 reps for a phase of 4-6 weeks then deload when appropriate but then focus on 6-10 reps in the next phase. I read Max Muscle by Brad Shoenfeld (if that’s how you spell it) along with articles and such by Dr. Mike Isratel and they PREACH those type of phases. Keep all muscles within certain rep ranges but only for a certain time. But neither of those guys are a super competitive body builder so I take it with a grain of salt. Thanks for the feedback. This site is amazing.

I remember reading an article by Josh Bryant a while back explaining a study that 5×10 improves strength and muscle growth both more effectively than 10×10. If you wanted to improve cardio do 5×10 with shorter rest times. Not an expert just a thought.
