    Seated calf – x 7-2

    Ran a rp on my calf just to see if i can recover, if so, it’ll be something i continue

    Rest day,

    Gonna run light upper again tomorrow to prevent any pec niggles, not as confident as i thought running 6 , 8 reppers right now . So i know i can just work between 15-20 and be perfect

    Perfect session today, ran a similar session to last as planned. Layout, rep ranges were in line with what i wanted

    Session this morning, new gym so new session. Gonna re-run this session Monday but a little different exercise selection:

    Machine press – x 16
    Shoulder press – x 12 ( adjust loading next time)
    Close grip machine – x 18
    Lat row – x 18

    Heavy lower light upper done today, felt really good. Weight and food still in the same place, going to build up patiently and not take as much from scale weight

    Ok a little hiatus but im here, training sunday, tuesday last week and both sessions irritated my right pec. It’s a niggle i’ve had for a little while but now i’ve got it under control again.

    Held my weight despite not training the past 5 days which i am happy with. Lean and ready to push my weight and progress my strength. Heavy lower light upper today:

    Adductor x 6
    Lying Ham x 7
    Leg Press x 7
    Seated Calve x 8
    High Incline Dumbbell x 21
    Low Incline Smith x 17
    Close Grip Smith x 16
    Assisted Chin x 13
    Cable Row x 18
    Cable Curl x 18
    Crunch Machine x 8

    On Wednesday i plan to run heavy lower light upper again, not too comfortable doing 6’s and 8’s on my presses just yet

    Calories at there lowest were 3,111 TD and 3,014 NTD not the lowest but I’m building up from here

    Ok Upper yesterday, another great session very happy

    On a set meal plan now and i sure felt the difference

    Incline 6,13

    Shoulder Press 5,9

    Assisted Dip 10,12 – Prefer unassisted dips so gonna stick with them in the future

    Single Arm 9/13

    Cable Row – 6/12

    Also gonna change my width and thickness movements for my next session

    Lower A, fantastic session extremely happy.

    Trained after meal 1 today but made no difference to how I felt

    Seated Calve 6,11

    Adductor 12

    Leg Press 10,12

    Machine Preacher 7,10
