Gonna run light upper again tomorrow to prevent any pec niggles, not as confident as i thought running 6 , 8 reppers right now . So i know i can just work between 15-20 and be perfect

my organisation was poor leaving me with what i thought was too little time to run FB.

Ok a little hiatus but im here, training sunday, tuesday last week and both sessions irritated my right pec. It’s a niggle i’ve had for a little while but now i’ve got it under control again.
Held my weight despite not training the past 5 days which i am happy with. Lean and ready to push my weight and progress my strength. Heavy lower light upper today:

Calories at there lowest were 3,111 TD and 3,014 NTD not the lowest but I’m building up from here

On a set meal plan now and i sure felt the difference
