is tomorrow still the decision day?

Ooh fudge. I make some good fudge (although it’s such a basic recipe) but the samples I’ve had at Christmas markets have been lush. but what’s better, a soft fudge, kinda hard type or a really creamy one?

that’s the only person I could think of.

MIB…don’t do it. Reviews are correct and I took the opportunity for a quick nap/fell asleep haha. Defo not like the old ones unfortunately.

Insta videos showed some great strength on the high incline Smith press!

Fingers crossed for the 24th and a good week.

I have not heard this about Hercules! who would at him though ???? let’s hope it’s not like the great Arnie in Hercules in New York lol.

I’ve trained today, nice push session with some pbs and later on off to see the new Men in Black…will it be the same without Will Smith though. I know it’s been rated kinda blah so we’ll see.

@classickid haha I actually got given an Easter egg today at work as management gave them out to everyone. seeing as it’s a new job/workplace and none of them know what I do, I just accepted it and it’ll go into my stash for God knows when…next Easter? Lol.

@corinne I like your logic! and that last session you had sounds amaaazing. not a word I fling about much, but epic covers it.

@classickid oh don’t worry I’m with you on that money. I’ve spent a lot on importing American editions of Oreos over the years and also those reeses eggs you can get now in Tesco for £1…? couple years back only available in the states I paid A LOT for 5 of them ????????

@corinne aaah gotcha. and I can defo relate to that feeling! you always want those leg day feelings of somewhat exhaustion for everything else and come feeling like have I done enough. well, I do sometimes lol. Less is more in some respects, less mashed I mean.

your Nan sounds amazing! I bet she has the best stories to tell though with lots of life experiences.

@classickid the twix egg isn’t a hoax. it’s out in America only. it’s on eBay for about £15. Yes I’ve done my research where to buy it because I bloody love a twix and so want it and have done since last year ????

@corinne you say about ‘ease’ is this in terms of how much tougher, per say, previous preps may have been?

can’t wait to see the bikini! ????

I’m with Clare, always want to try different but it ends up being blue or something similar to blue.

I’m just too drawn to that colour ????
    sapphire will look lush!

only thing I’ve learnt, don’t do velvet again! or clear straps. Although I didn’t know they were clear until it turned up ????

Have you got a new bikini suit for this one or using a previous one?

Jordan, since the therapy sessions and a new/different/open approach with relationships such as friends, family, Corinne and business, do you think this has allowed your body to respond in such a positive way like it it has this prep compared to previous? one of the reasons anyway.

as we know what cortisol can do to our bodies and I know this first hand during one of my preps and on show day, my body changed from morning to stage time because of stressing about EVERYTHING.

It’s great to read about this personal development and it’s really showing I think across the social media platforms as just a small insight. can’t wait to see the look in March!
