    @hilly so if my calories are 3500 training days for maintenance.. how many calories would I drop by on rest days? Thanks

    Yes joe.. do you feel doing this log works in a bit of a diary for you to wind down after a day of training etc and just tally up all that you have done for the day.. so you can tick the day off kind of thing?.. also.. do you have a manual job?

    That’s guys this has made it pretty easy for me now! Was making it a little more of a problem in my head than it is! I’m 194lbs and 5ft 11 at around 12% body fat.. just wrote my diet and my calories are around 3400.. so I’m going to see what happens here and adjust..

    I don’t know exactly what they are.. just sticking to staple meals.. steak and potato.. eggs on toast.. chicken and pasta/rice.. so diet is clean just not tracking atm.. which I am starting to do as of tomorrow.. eat around 70g carbs and 40g protein per meal.. apart from night time I have 300g yogurt a scoop of whey and jam.. body composition is getting better.. here is a 2 weeks back at the gym.. thanks for the replies guys this has been good

    Also.. I’ve currently got a sprained ankle last 3 weeks.. so still no leg training or much movement atm

    The first three are now.. I’ve had a year and a half off.. started on the 25th again when the gyms opened.. prior to this done a lot of walks and stayed in a deficit to get leaner.. before I start pushing to grow again.. one of the photos was from before and I’m thinking do I need to be this lean before I start pushing to grow again? I want to grow as much tissue as I can to do a prep in 2021 and compete so that’s the goal.. thanks guys

    I’m at the same kind of stage atm.. I’m 197lbs and coming in at around 12% body fat on callipers.. do I need to loose more or can I keep pushing for size?

    I’ve ran higher doses before like 800 test and 500 deca.. but I was younger and was a mistake really.. I’ve been natural now for 2 years now.. my physique now is just as good as it was when I was on gear before.. weight is back up to the same as it was on gear, 200lbs natural. On callipers it says I’m around 12% body fat.. but now feel my body is in a good position naturally to bring in some drugs to take me further

    Thanks guys.. I did take the rest day and actually rested today also.. body feels strong again and pretty full tbf.. ready to go tomorrow!

    The hunger part doesn’t bother me at all.. more than happy to put up with that to get where I need to be.. was just worried as I’ve always ate more than enough to never be hungry and never done a cut.. I was like oh god I’m loosing muscle here ???? so had to check with someone who’s experienced it themselves and knows more about it.. which you have helped massively. So thanks for your reply ????
