going to sound really stupid.. but have you checked where you put your scales.. I had the same problem and was doing this on my bathroom floor.. kept doing the exact same thing. went outside and put my scales on the flat concrete and was actually 2kg heavier.. and was very consistent weighing myself in the morning

Rear shots is from the 25th to now.. so back is changing fast but front poses aren’t coming along as fast.. ok I’ll keep doing what I’m doing progress overload and trying to beat my log book every session.. thank you @haider-mehdi

About 12% body fat on callipers.. want to tidy up another 8-10lbs.. then push hard to grow.. time frame is as long as it takes.. I’m growing well atm as I’m back into it after a year and a half.. changing by the week.. but want to tidy up ASAP to get back to a push to grow @hilly carry heck of a lot of fat lower back as in the photo.. tidy that down is the goal right now.. just started tracking food this week but just don’t know where to start my off day calories thanks.. sorry for the vague question

@hilly so if my calories are 3500 training days for maintenance.. how many calories would I drop by on rest days? Thanks

That’s guys this has made it pretty easy for me now! Was making it a little more of a problem in my head than it is! I’m 194lbs and 5ft 11 at around 12% body fat.. just wrote my diet and my calories are around 3400.. so I’m going to see what happens here and adjust..

MemberAugust 13, 2020 at 4:53 pm in reply to: lose fat first or continue to build and lose slower?I don’t know exactly what they are.. just sticking to staple meals.. steak and potato.. eggs on toast.. chicken and pasta/rice.. so diet is clean just not tracking atm.. which I am starting to do as of tomorrow.. eat around 70g carbs and 40g protein per meal.. apart from night time I have 300g yogurt a scoop of whey and jam.. body composition is getting better.. here is a 2 weeks back at the gym.. thanks for the replies guys this has been good

I’ve had a year and a half off.. started on the 25th again when the gyms opened.. prior to this done a lot of walks and stayed in a deficit to get leaner.. before I start pushing to grow again.. one of the photos was from before and I’m thinking do I need to be this lean before I start pushing to grow again? I want to grow as much tissue as I can to do a prep in 2021 and compete so that’s the goal.. thanks guys
