    Hey!

Woke up and went straight to the gym to do my cardio 🙂

Today has been full of check ins and had a couple of calls with my clients 🙂

I will be chilling for the rest of the evening. Checking in with Nathan tomorrow so will update you all on the feedback!

    Hey guys,

Had the best session today again, training is just flying at the moment. More PBs again 🥰

After training sorted myself out for the new week and chilled.

Sundays I always take off work completely. Excited for another productive week!

Have to agree with Sara here. I had a niggle and certain exercises were making it worse, I removed them but still got the issue addressed by seeing a massage therapist.

    I don’t go below 6 reps for a top set 🙂

Working with a low rep range like 3 would increase risk of injury I feel too

Post prep my sleep takes a while to regulate but gets better when food gets high. I agree with both points meg and Clare are making too.

Get bloods done assuming you weren’t assisted?

    Hey guys,

I checked in with Nathan this morning, he is very happy with where I am at. I look fuller and bigger which is what we want. No changes this week. Weight has increased a little but body comp is in a great place, I never get worried about seeing the scales go up, if anything I welcome it hahaha.

Later on this morning I trained hams and glutes with Pheobe, we had such a great session!

Personally after a diet phase I get super hungry later on so I would look to add them there but it’s all person dependent 🙂

You might feel hungry constantly and not be sure where hunger is at its highest, if that’s the case then add a small amount to all meals maybe. Just an idea 🙂

I have to agree with Sara and Kuba. I’ve seen so much more progress training with a controlled tempo, my concentric can more powerful but I always focus on slow eccentrics and pausing.

Quads and glutes for me today, the first time I’ve done this session since the new split has been put in and it was mad! Again was able to do the 45 degree leg press with no pain too.

The rest of the afternoon I had client check ins 🙂

If you are training to failure you won’t need anymore than 2 working sets, potentially in isolations but not compounds.

With your work being so physical just see how you feel each session and go from there.

Remember less is more a lot of the time.

When I do a back off set it’s far from light, typically the goal for me is to hit a higher rep range so there is a need for me to drop the weight for that set but no more than 20%.
