Trained hams and glutes with Pheobe the best one so far I think, we’ve got every movement on lock now 🙂
Then came home and sorted the house as we’ve got people over one being my client who’s got a shoot tomorrow. So spent the evening catching up with them.

There is a lot to address here, post diet phase can be very hard when you’ve not got the support you need.

Training was epic today! First time in a while where my niggle hasn’t bothered me 🙂
Nathan is very happy with my check in, no changes this week just need to keep doing what I am doing 🙂
I saw someone in the gym today who follows my log which was lovely 🙂

Woke up and got straight to the gym to do my rest day cardio, I am still doing 200cals each rest day, which has been game changing for me this offseason 🙂
I got myself ready for the day before having meal 1 then cracked on with check ins.
Checking with Nathan tomorrow which I’m excited for 🙂

I managed to have a great session today, finally felt a lot better, all movements felt great.
I then spent the afternoon doing some jobs around the house and Maxs mum came over for the evening. All in all a chilled Sunday 🙂

Whey can cause more digestive stress than chicken and eggs so I wouldn’t worry at all.
Can you add on some lean beef mince too?

Rest day for me.
Not a lot to report from today, if not been well again which was very annoying, so just had to spend the day trying to rest.
Hoping I’ll be good for legs tomorrow to make up for the not great session I had yesterday.

Cardio is key in a offseason, it helps with body comp, digestion and cardio vascular health. It will benefit training so much too, the fitter you are the more you have to give to your lifts.
I do 200cals every rest day which is around 20 mins on the stair master.
It won’t impact muscle growth.

Today hasn’t been the best day, day one of my cycle had me in bits, I still trained but it wasn’t the best session due to being in so much pain and feeling unwell.
This put me in a big mood, training has been great and so today not going to plan made me feel pretty annoyed.
Appetite has been in the bin too which happens whenever I get bad periods. Sorry for the negative update haha.

Rest day today.
Woke up and got my cardio done, such a good start to my day! Then cracked on with work before heading to my massage which i always look forward to, it’s self care with a sprinkle of pain hahaha.
Nothing much else to report from today 🙂
