Little update for you guys:
We just received confirmation from Nytram for the Cybex Smith Machine β it will be shipped from the UK to Switzerland. =)
We also spoke with Stafffitness regarding the Prime machines. They informed us about the possibility of becoming an official Prime Performance Center (the second one in Switzerland), which we are currently considering.
Machines planned so far:

Plate Loaded Preacher Curl
Plate Loaded Chest Press
Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown
Plate Loaded Leg Extension
Plate Loaded Seated Row
Plate Loaded Incline Press
Plate Loaded Extreme Row
Hybrid Pec/Rear Delt
Hybrid Seated Leg Curl
Prime Fitness Functional Trainer
Granite (still waiting for the quote)
Posterior Developer
Granite Xpload Pulldown 2.0
Granite Glutinator
Granite Dual Hack
Predator Strength (offer pending)
Pendulum Squat 4.0
T-Bar Chest Supported Row
Other Equipment
Cybex Smith Machine (confirmed)
Leg Press (still looking at Arsenal Strength or Nytram; open to opinions)
Weβll also add dumbbells and a side-lateral machine later on, but overall weβre very happy with how the setup for our gym is coming together.

Currently in the early stages of doing something similar. Unit is mine, but one thing I definitely do want is a Cybex Bravo cable and a Prime Functional Trainer.
Cybex Smiths are quality.
Yes we’re also thinking about the cybex smith but haven’t found a place to get one yet… π but maybe one will turn up soon.
Prime Functional Trainer is also something we we’re thinking about. Haven’t personally used one yet. What do you think makes it worth the investment?

Will be in Thurgau near Bodensee. We have not yet made a decision on the location as we’re waiting for the equipment

Hi
I’m not familiar with corn flour but personally I’m using dextrose which costs me around 26Euro per 4.5kg.
Might be an option if you don’t get any digestion issues. π Hope this was sort of useful..Greets

I don’t think there is one. (was searching for one some weeks ago too :/ )
You will probably just have to ask in the thread.Greets

Would you then just throw in something like a protein shake as preworkout meal? -

Interesting link to this:
https://www.elitefts.com/education/training/bodybuilding/cardio-in-the-off-season-make-up-your-mind/?comment=464549In the Podcast “Muscle Minds” Ep. 14/15 Jordan answers this question straight up with: “No!”
If I’m remembering it right he’d rather decrease calories if gaining too much fat than implementing cardio.Podcast: https://www.advicesradio.com/tracks/muscle-minds
Hope this helps π

As of personal interest; How do you feel training without any carbs pre/intra? Or did I miss something?
Back to topic; In my opinion your mentioned post workout should be fine. (Just my opinion π )
