    It completely depends on what you personally need and want to get from supplements. You need to ask for a specific purpose, otherwise me recommending Dial In, for example, when you’re looking for better sleep is pointless.

    All TBJP supps are very good, so decide what you want to get from a supplement and then pick the one from the range that meets that need.

    Check in day today 258.2 and 100% holding some inflammation from legs. Sleep was a little broken as I was mashed but all in all happy with how things are moving. Holding little extra water which will drop off by the end of the week.

    Few shots from this mornings check in – I won’t be posting these on the gram I find constant physique updates boring and not really what I am about. Il post some up when I have made more progress…. Anyways

    I feel great performance is flying, appetite is fantastic and most importantly physique is moving in the right direction. I held 266 at my highest ( without fluctuations ) much softer than I am right now.

    We are 2 weeks in with this offseason push up now and I am in a great spot, plan is to be patient and not push up too much. I am very responsive right now so I intend on keeping it this way.

    No changes moving forward, still a fuck ton of progress to be had on current set up before I push on. Main thing right now is my back double which is my worst pose by far looking much less shit so let’s see what we can do ?

    Enjoying following along! Do you detect inflammation in legs due to less detail showing? Or is there another observation/feeling you are going off? Thank you[/quote]

    Makes sense – is there a method you use to differentiate between this affect from the systematic inflammation vs body fat? Thank you

    Refreshing you recognise this, rather than entrenching yourself in false reasoning that many people have done regarding the vaccine.

    Hope you feel back to your best soon. Anecdotally it does seem to be those who have tried to push through when not ready who have had more prolonged symptoms and higher long covid risk.

    A recent study published in Nature by the UK Biobank showed reduction of grey matter and brain size, along with cognitive decline after infection. So it is definitely not ‘just the flu.’

    We Had a 1-1 bjj yday with a chap called Chris Davis, it was brilliant , his attention to detail was fantastic , Annoyingly haven’t fully shaken my cough, after the session I felt much worse and then was just fucked all eve , we had another session this morn at 9 ,I felt too shit , Corinne did it and again said it was epic and built on the stuff we did yday . We have group class this evening that I feel ok to do, I’m testing negative for covid so I’m happy to go knowing I won’t make anyone feel else poorly , but holy shit I’m bringing up SO much crap off my chest – did anyone else have this when going back to training ?

    Plan was obv double day today which Corinne will do, just single session for me

    Upper body tmo

    Single bjj thurs, double for Corinne again

    Legs Friday

    Sat I will totally rest

    Sunday upper body

    This is week 4 on low dose cycle , 200 test 100 primo again this week – this feels right , joints feel gd, sex drive / mood is gd, especially seeing as I’m still unwell . I have no idea if or when I will increase that, I have no urge at all atm to do that as just doing 2 insulin needle shots a week of 0.83ml total is VERY easy , and I can do some of those myself as I just bang that into inside of bicep head , so I don’t even have to bother Corinne to do the shot for me , extra win ?

    Will you get some bloods done soon during this down period? Or is that something you have planned for different circumstances?

    Chicken butterfly and a couple of sides – broccoli, peas, salad, rice etc. This should be easy. Relax and enjoy it!

    LH and FSH are always going to drop when you administer exogenous testosterone as your body shuts down natural production.

    I see absolutely no benefit in adding HCG into this – if anything it will increase your estro further and make your issues worse.

    I would personally try increasing your injection frequency to see if that lowers your estro and if your sides go away before looking to add any AI.

    That testosterone score is absolutely ridiculous for 300mg imo. Are you using any AI? (as your Estro is also extremely low relative to test). When did you pin relative to the test and what is your injection frequency and was it a venous sample?

    I had some similarly confusing blood results from medichecks last week where I was convinced they had mixed up my test and estro values.

    I’d been interested to hear @Jordan_peters or @Hilly opinion, but I think they might have reported the test and estro values the wrong way round?

    Was using aromasin 12.5mg Monday Thursday along with the injections (gyno worries…./shrug )

    Just to confirm, this is 5 weeks AFTER your last injection? Impossible results. Definitely ask for a retest.

    Tbh it’s very limited outside of the big chains like virgin and fitness first etc. Potentially have a look at city athletic if you need it to be near to Westminster.
