Current hormones on 750mg southern ghost test cyp and 500mg Rohm test E.

Seem to run in like when using more of a similar dose of ROHM test E

My estro has defo dropped since removing the test Base.

Sex drive is on the lower side n pump / fullness has dropped.

I have just fed this back to AJ so see what he says

Where do you personally feel spot on estro wise? I know it varies massively per person, so just asking out of curiously, not to try and replicate!

    2.2 iu split x3

Splitting am and pm doesn’t make much sense when going over that dosage

So 2 iu am 2 iu mid day 2 iu pre bed

Hey! Are you able to say if you’re using pharma grade or generic? Have you got any experience with Medicare? Or would you only stick to pharma stuff? Thanks mate.
I am using pharma, generic or pharma imo makes no difference. Gh is gh same as peds

All same shit just diff labels imo my man
Thank you mate! Do you notice any difference in scale weight immediately from adding 2iu for example, in yourself of clients? And is there any water retention that is extra-cellular that can blur detail or is it mainly intra-cellular?

Clare is spot on as usual, but also progress is not linear session to session and there are lots of variables that can impact performance in a given session. Focus on progression you’ve made over weeks and months, rather than just session to session.

Great session, a little more work today! I crept some in and super super pleased with fitness work ! I can feel that I am pretty over trained as my heart rate is spiking from basically everything I do lol, so I know my body is tired as fuck, but it just doesn’t get the chance to rest yet , we aren’t at proper proper fucked on the Corinne and Jordan fucked scale yet haha.

    Prime incline x 25 x 12 x 3

Deadstop high incline smith x 5

    Dip machine x 6 x 6 x 9

    Pulldown x 6 x 4 x 3 x 11

    Seated row x 11 x 6

    Cable chest fly x 20 x 15 x 12

Db lateral ss rear delt row 22/7 , 6/17

Machine lateral ss Rev pec dec 10/7 , 11/7

    Db curl x 17 x 12 x 8

    Cuff oushdown x 5 x 12

Will change the back work now to diff pieces, joints are starting to hurt , so will be smart and hop off them

Db lateral raise out too for same and do all 4 sets on machine

Ski erg work today : we did 6 x 250m distance working at 1min pace for them with 1min off while the other works. Really pleased , going sub 1min for them will be hard to do 6 times , but won’t take us long ?

Sore joints… must be all those haribo

Whereas something like a dumbbell press would be a better choice later in the session? Overloading the lengthened?

I believe lockout, so in theory should start with it, but I spoke to an IFBB pro (I won’t name) and asked why they did it 3rd in their session because of my presumptions about harder at contraction and they said it dropped off at the top so I second guessed myself.

Are you still using weight as a driver in your decisions given fitness and skill acquisition becoming so heavily emphasised? or is it more of a backseat now, akin to Corinne’s approach/ a hybrid of tracking but not using it to form decisions? Thank you

How is your stomach/IBS doing now you have been back on lower doses for a little while and with the slightly different training approach?

Do you take anything for it or just avoid foods that cause issues?

That’s correct and that’s actually been the case for the last 18 months – it’s nothing new there

this will change though I’m as I’m week 6 low dose now and this week I have more cardio going in now my breathing is a little better , so it will defo be a trade off of strength vs fitness.

Basically in short , I will pick a rep range that’s safe for that day, and attack it, if I can progress great , if I can’t , doesn’t matter hugely as when I compete this year , I will still be 4-5 times stronger than anyone I compete against when it comes to lifting things, maybe even more – as they probably won’t be able to deadlift 5 plates for a rep and I can do it for 20 reps – big strength diff , So I will give up some of that strength to be fitter as initially people will be fitter than me

When it comes to performance , you can’t be the strongest version of you but also the fastest version and also the fittest . The strongest version will look like I do now, the absolute fittest version would be back at 72kg and playing for wasps and England , somewhere in the middle off it all where I’m as strong as possible while being as fit as possible is where I will move to, will take me about 6 months to bring my fitness upto that level

If you want bodybuilding training, this log won’t be the one anymore , if you want to learn how to be strong and fit and fast and how to auto regulate your training as you go, this log will serve for that

my training will transition now slowly back to how it was when I was at Wasps

    bjj again today

Brilliant response. Thank you. Excited for you!

Hey Jordan. Enjoying following the new approach to managing bjj and training and also hope the lingering illness has gone now.

This may not be as relevant to you currently due to you mixing up your pulls and a much more flexible approach to training volume etc. but when you are picking your deadlift variation rep ranges/load are you literally going off how you feel and then aiming to beat the previous reps you got on that weight, no matter how long ago you performed it last?

Hope that makes sense. Thank you.

Get bloods done and then assess. I would guess your estro is too high.

Once you have the results, post again and people can offer their advice. Most likely lower test and/or add a DHT derivative to help, or manipulate your injection frequency.

You can pump the lever until you’re either right at the top or the bottom, then count how many pumps until you get to your desired position and then do the same each time.

Thank you, Clare. This is really helpful. Will give this a go.

Thank you all for your input. Very interesting, and shows how person dependant it is. Think I will give an isolate a try first and see how I get on.
