I recall you mentioning that e2 often peaks/spikes around week 4/5 of starting a test only cycle and that this can cause sides that might then go away once things even out? So water retention might be an issue around a month in but could subside simply without doing anything and reaching consistent hormone levels?
Is my understanding of this correct? Please may you explain if not. Thank you very much.

So Test usually peaks around week 3-4 – estrogen then may increase after this in ratio to the test rice before taking a little dip/balancing out.
so what I have found over the years is some people experience High estro sids effects around week 2-4 but then it can drop off around week 5-6 as the body normalises

Personally I would use pre workout around 90’minutes before. Anavar is great for holding performance so timing wise pre workout can give you a good performance boost weather it’s placebo or not it does tend to make a good chunk of a difference when used pre.
Splitting makes very little sense for me at all.

Dave the primo controls that e2 incredibly well ( so not sure what you mean when you say primo has no impact on estrogen. It lowers it A LOT) , no need at all for an a.i alongside that dose of primo . If you read my last post , I explain my e2 situation .
I know to some extent all anabolic compete for aromatase and primo/mast are the preferred sources for this in most people to control e2. But would something like anavar have a similarly noticeable effect/ any effect at all? Thank you

Corinne gets on the scales a couple times a year just for reference, I can usually tell by looking at her how much she weighs , but now I can’t , as she is much smaller now she doesn’t really train upper body much and doesn’t take anything anymore. I imagine she will weigh in before she competes this year , just to see what she weighs. Her split now runs :

So each session she just alternates , and then at the end of the main work, she tags on some laterals or pulldowns
I’m Sure she will pop on here and update at some point ?This is cool and that would be nice to hear updates more frequently. I always think in the context of you and Corinne as a duo, and how you reflect on how integral she is to everything you do that perhaps gets more of the visibility.

I have another funny one, just because , 2013 , competes in ukbff British finals , comes 4th. She had worked really hard to hold her strength all prep. Gets to the night after the show, we are laying in bed in Harrogate . Corinne goes, do you think they will let me compete in the powerlifting worlds next weekend in Prague , lol. My reply , I dunno maybe, text the lady in charge of the British team ( Corinne was British champ at the time ) , Team manager replies , “ of course …. “ , next day we book flights to Prague , day after that we fly , Corinne competes in Prague that weekend LOL. ( Corinne , being Corinne )
These updates/stories on Corinne are great. Please throw them in every now and again as you feel fit. Really shows a lovely side to you when you talk about her too.
I remember you mentioned Corinne went through a period of not weighing herself and just going on look/feel? Is that still the case? It’s something I have been trying off the back of hearing her doing it and have been getting on with it very well as the scale would play with my overthinking tendencies far too much.

99.99 percent of the time I always add weight , then if I take the extra rep too, that’s then the bonus i was hoping for. I only don’t add weight , when I have made an active choice that another rep is happening , that tends to be high rep sets , like when I was doing the 30 + leg presses, I never added weight , I just thought, this will go for more reps – and it always did, aside from like once , and I was then annoyed I didn’t add weight lol . So take home, always add at least a 0.5kg , then you always come away with some kind of mini win

Hi Jordan, really glad to hear how well everything is progressing and how happy you seem too.
This could have a very short answer, but given you do not stick rigidly to set rep ranges (as you advise less advanced trainers to do) how do you decide if you are going to go for an extra rep or if you will instead add extra weight and try to match reps for example? Given that I know if you chose to try to add a rep but ‘missed’ this would not be a good set for you vs only adding 0.5kg and getting the same reps being seen as a mini win.
I hope that makes sense and comes across as intended, referring specifically to you and not how others should act.

Yes, any stressors whether physical or mental can contribute to digestive disruption. When your body is trying to deal with whatever stress it’s under, digestion is put on hold and immune function is lowered and so can’t function properly. Cortisol also rises. This all results in inflammation, water retention and digestive issues.

Yes mate 100%, happens with me often. My training and nutrition is always on point. However from time to time I start to suffer these symptoms and when I look back I realise that I’ve been under pretty high stress usually from work. It has a huge factor and sometimes is unavoidable in all honesty!
Thank you mate. Think this is what has happened with me. Was feeling very good – nothing has changed diet and training wise but life stressors have increased a lot and now I feel very watery and bloated.

After much fucking around with Ed/Eod/e3d shots, using diff labs – I am very settled now on test prop, primo both from rohm, my digestion is gd! It’s absolutely no reflection on the other labs , I KNOW Sg and dimensions are 100 percent bang on so I highly advise those guys , just my digestion is a total asshole , but atm it’s settling which is gd .
I have done some random shots of gh before bed , but tentative because of my digestion as wanted to pin down what was what, it’s only been 1.8 iu of genotropin, and done that maybe 6 times over the last 19 days since starting back on mote bits . Will take one tonight and see how digestion is tmo from it
Guessing the gh was ok digestion/bloat wise given no mention of adverse effects after? Will you be keeping it in now?
