I like that mts pulldown , decent piece of kit
It felt so so good, not sure why but somehow felt better than the plate loaded version, I am inclined to giving plate loaded a run when I run the gym shop pull down into the ground what do you think ? Overloads shortened range nicely to begin the session.
Anyway update for today, I am literally sleeping like a king ?, some tips…. Constant bed time schedule for about 6 months now my bed time has been the same within a small buffer no later than 20:20 latest and sometimes 19:30. Dream sleep + melatonin …. Dehumidifier in my bedroom and air con. Sleep and wake feeling like King Kong, then around 10:30 once I complete check ins most days I get 30 min power nap.
Woke up today 265.4 hamstring session going down rest tomorrow and we get back to fucking shit up let’s go

Gd morning guys, despite my leg being very sore , I am feeling actually ok, I think this being the 4th one in such a short period and knowing how fast I can rehab stuff , I’m just not that phased , I was worried that I would fall into a bit of a mental slump already , but I haven’t , which is nice!
Pull today, James stayed with us last night, lovely catch up again, he also looks HUGE , even in this last week since Kubas
Wedding , he is so big. Today will be fun, we will batter each other as usual ?
257 this morn , I plan to so slowly get back over 270, it will be a 16 week jobby to make sure it’s as much quality as possible ?

In regards to your adjustments as you push up, is this completely dictated by you looking at your photos/performance/body weight etc or is Corinne still having an eye on you? If it is just you, how do you manage to bring the objective element to it and not overthink your decision making? Thank you!

Finasteride sides are unlikely if you are using exogenous testosterone in my opinion.
Potentially a slight reduction in libido, but I would think it is self fulfilling in most people.

No problem. I appreciate how distressing hair loss can be, but you are doing all of the right things in terms of being proactive and getting ahead of it before it gets too bad. This is the key as prevention is much easier than recovery.With regards to ru as mentioned above, this is essentially a research chemical and has very little data on it. Everything I suggested in my original response has medical support/long term data and is used clinically.
Whilst MPMD has some good info on his channel he is essentially an entertainer and definitely not an expert (it makes me laugh what constitutes an expert these days).

5mg of finasteride daily is not needed. 1mg is the hair studied dose.
A starting point would be:
1mg finasteride daily (Systemic DHT blocking)
5% minoxidil am and pm (Growth agent)
Ketoconazole shampoo eod (we have 2% available in the UK, Nizoral is the brand name, but be mindful it will dry out your hair a lot if not used alongside a good quality shampoo) (Scalp DHT blocking and blood flow)
Micro needling once per week (promotes additional growth factors) (do not apply minoxidil on this day)Aim to limit your stress and consume a diet rich in micronutrients.
Assess in 3-6 months.
Note also some shedding may occur from the introduction of minoxidil as it causes the hairs to enter an early anagen phase before regrowth. This is normal and shows it is working.

Safer use model preaches use of many drugs at a very small dose
Whilst it is truly a safer use model, not realistic for many due to cost and lack of understanding
Safer use model would go like this
Test
Metformin
Gh
Telmisartan
Insulin
L carinitine
Dht compound
Is it a better option than smashing a load it test and decca yes…. Is it realistic for most ? Sadly it isn’t
Would most look at this and think it’s a harmful option ? Yess…. Would they be mistaken and miss-informed ? Yes

To add to this – when using lantus – when would you dose GH? Morning dose fasted and then would the 2nd dose be? Seeing as you wouldnt want insulin present or does it not matter? Usually 2nd dose gh is around workout sometime – also how would you use fast acting insulin when using gh around workout if you want them seperate?

I dose gh am and pm, I personally wouldn’t dose it around insulin. Bio availability is better / best pm but an application does serve a purpose especially in contest prep for fat loss.
If using fast insulin don’t use gh around it.

I went back for hams and glutes this eve , because I have been fuming all day after hurting myself

Hypers are fine
Rdl are fine
The tear is more to the front of the leg , so anything posterior is totally fine.
Decided I’m going to stay on the cycle i started this week and I will still proceed to take my body weight back up as planned , I’m just going to need to heal this thing fast . I will know within days how quick I can start rehab directly in the plane of motion that was the tear, once I can start that I will initially do it twice a day flooding with blood , that was my approach for my lat for the first week and that worked very well. Gosh I still can’t believe physio tell people to just rest lol. Movement heals everything !!
I have no peptides I trust, but I have geno pens that are real. I just took 2.1iu ( 6 lines on a slin pin ) , I will do 2.1 am and pm to help kick this along
Really unfortunate news on the tear, but sounds like you’ve got a good plan to keep progressing/heal asap.
