Digestion is gd! Rest today , another shot in and stomach feels happy !
I saw another video go up looking at my drug use , which actually was a nice video from Nick Trigili . I don’t expect people to come and here and read , but I know those of you that are reading in here have seen how much I have lost the utter plot this year trying to step away from this stuff , so it pisses me off a LOT when people suggest I’m lying about drug use haha , I bloody want to take more than I am ? . Anyways , 253 today , weight has dropped 6 pounds between the last two leg sessions , I’m training with really good volume which is why it’s dropping as my output in sessions is just huge , but tbh I just feel good , so I’m just rolling with it . Being this weight is so bloody nice. It’s going to be a gd Xmas dinner that’s for sure as I will probably be 245 at this rate haha
Please could you expand a little more on your approach to Christmas this year? Will it just be a case of eat literally whatever you want? Or will you have some sort of limit on intake/ stick to things you know digest ‘relatively’ well?
Do you think something like a 1k or 2k kcal intake over current maintenance for someone can actually make any difference in one day, once the obvious water and food volume has subsided in the days post?
I know this may be something a lot of people on here struggle with – so hearing your view and if it actually has any impact may be helpful (I know it certainly will be for me). Thank you!

Hey mate! Hope you are well. Enjoying reading your log. I saw this photo on your Instagram.
Please could you explain how such a drastic change happened in 5 days? Obviously the look is so different, but I think you said you were down 11lbs too?
Is this literally from dropping water and inflammation that you were holding due to the excessive expenditure during prep? Or are there other factors in place here?
Thank you
Hey mate.
Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to read my log.
Yes. Literally that I was under fed and over worked. So I backed off cardio. Pushed carbs up for 3 days. Then re introduced cardio and lowered carbs but not back to what they’re were when I started and I just dropped super fast. I was stressed and feeling really anxious is was the back off my Portugal flop so that obviously played a huge part into the dramatic change too as I went from stressed to relaxed and at ease in my new environment with Calum taking the reigns. Awesome. Thanks for the answer. Crazy what stress and inflammation can do to a physique and the change when it washes away. -
Could be lots of things. Estro too high/test under-dosed. Get bloods done

Roughly 90-130 nmol/l

Why not try: push pull rest legs rest
Need More focus back muscle
Push before pull won’t impact that imo and you’re saying your currently split isn’t allowing you recovery from legs to pull, this would add another day in between -

As above, your body will have dropped some stress and inflammation. You’ve also reduced your vegetable intake, so the volume and back up of fibre in your digestive system will have dropped, along with the additional water that’s absorbed with fibre.
Is there typically a way to tell the difference between inflammation and water vs body fat? Thanks for all your answers, Clare.
You can usually tell by look, which comes with experience. However, a general ‘puffy’ look, typically a puffy face or swollen hands and ankles will be an indicator of fluid retention. If when pressing a thumb into the skin it leaves an indent and doesn’t spring back immediately, then that’s likely fluid retention. If your stomach is flat on wake and distended later in the day, then this is simply a result of food and water from that day. If you can pinch a good wedge of skin, usually around the lower back or abdomen, that feels solid and grissly, then that’s likely bodyfat.
Sudden increases or decreases in weight can also indicate a gain or loss in water weight as fat isn’t gained or lost that quickly.

Thank you, Clare. -

Echo what Darren has said. I was on mitrazapine. No impact on training directly but did experience some mild side effects during the initial adjustment period. Wouldn’t let it put you off taking it, can be a revelation for your well-being long term which is only going to benefit your training.

Likely dropped a ton of inflammation and water you held from all junk volume you was doing buddy
V interesting. Is this something you see a lot with new clients coming to you who were previously doing too much? Huge shift in water held etc? Thanks.
Yes sir see it all the time bud, especially in prep… more = more water …. Especially ones who really know how to train hard
Nice one. Thanks for answering. Think I might have this issue currently. More so doing too much in an expenditure sense, rather than junk volume in the gym. -

This is basic mate. If your test is 250mg/ML. 500mg over 14 days (2 weeks). 7 jabs. 500mg/7 jabs = 71.4mg per jab. 71.4mg/250mg = 0.29ML eod.

Do you have a timeline for competing again, or is it a case of seeing how things develop?
I know you love to set goals etc. so was curious if you have a few short term objectives to accomplish that will lead you to the end stage goal?

256.8 this morning and it’s cybex hack day…. Super excited to get stuck in with it…..
Had my “stag do” last night haha which was literally a meal with a few lads I probably over did the brownies after sushi last night so sitting at 1 lb usually it’s down after an off plan but these brownies were incredible haha.
Today is where I officially begin my offseason push with some proper gear so happy days haha
