Great training Today, same session as the one that just dropped , have a watch , I talk about my thoughts on volume : frequency , and how eod legs has huge scope but potentially after a certain strength level , the sweet spot maybe every 3 sleeps where you can get more work in and then recover still . It’s an interesting thought process that I’m enjoying trying things at diff strengths levels ( being injured back to now and assessing the changes needed )
What is the split for this program you set because I would love to try it

So it was Jordan video called jp current training and basically he had noticed that muscle groups like chest, hamstrings and arms did not respond to training at very high frequency such as full body. So he said that we should put them in every second session. Just more wanted his split so I could see how he thinks and his set up more than anything

On this topic when will the next post on this app be uploaded

The video as a reference is called JPs current training

On all honesty mate, this is as simple as adjusting volume.
It isn’t complicated. It doesn’t need to be.
Some muscle groups handle more volume on a high frequency, others don’t.
I would urge you not to map yourself against Jordan directly, but more take the principles.
If what you’ve been doing on FB or UL has not given you issues with recovery, and you’ve been able to progress, don’t look for a problem.
The biggest red flag I see there is “I have messed with all splits for 1 year”
Pick something and stop messing with it. Get it set up, and accept that’s what you’re doing, for a year.
Tbh it was more to do with the fact I have became more educated and would rather have tried out splits and see what works for a year but I was asking more just out of curiosity than anything else. I have run this upper lower split for quite a while and will continue to run it for ages so that’s all but I do appreciate the honesty and feedback

Yeah I have watched pretty much all his videos and this one is the one is where he is his yellow camo one and it’s a members video and the photo said reflections on training. I have messed with all splits for 1 year straight and found upper lower and full body was the best for results he was just talking about hitting muscles like chest, hamstrings and arms every two sessions
