I do not have arthritis….so I cant relate….but I have questions, which might lead to solutions! π
calves – does this motion hurt with body weight reps too? or just when loading?
could you use cuffs to eliminate the need to grip?

Tuesday is upon us π
on route to Manchester for a promo shoot with pretty much ALL of the trained by jp squad….yes we are a squad…ive decided haha
mark and rich couldn’t make it because of work, but I think everyone else will be here π
the alarm pinging off at early o clock wasn’t fab haha I defo fancied a little more kip and will be a long old day…but hey ho, such is life…today will be fun

you want to get leaner = deficit…so that’s easy and you CAN do this πyou went from 3000- 3500kcals to just 1500kcals – that’s a drastic change! what was the reason to cut over 50% ?
your meal 4 for example is only 10p, that’s 40kcals…youre a 216lb trained male..i don’t blame you for being hungry and not able to adhere!
in my view your protein is pretty low….so personally I would increase this…as protein is great for satiety (as well as other aspects)
use cruciferous green veg – again this is good to help with hunger and increase meal sizeI eat every 2-4 hours
I don’t see the merit in fastingmaybe more frequent meals will help?

I love coconut oil….as long as you use a mix of fats in your diet then its a good one to add

what a lovely day!
a lot of time in the car, but traffic was fine, the radio was good and the views were gorgeous
plus – got to spend time with my friend, the last time before she is a mummy…scary scary thought…but super excited πtomorrow is pull…feeling ok physically, and quite rested tbh as I have sat down a lot more than normal today haha Jordan will be pleased lol
getting nervous for stuff now…like jordans comp…I want him to win so badly, and he could get beaten…we all could at any time, just that thought breaks me!….then Toronto & Nebraska….I know the realism of getting to the Olympia this year is very slim…and that’s totally ok…its still just that feeling of not wanting to fail and really wanting to get there…I know I have so much to improve on but there is always a nagging doubt that I will never quite get there..its not easy to win a show or build up enough points…countless girls miss out year on year…hmmm im not really asking for anything to be said back by the way…im just kinda ‘typing out loud’…I guess that’s what a blog is for?
at the end of the day, im incredibly grateful for everything I have in life…and all the opportunities at my feet…aaaand the future things ill do…so its not a moan at all….I just guess when you set the stakes uite high it will always feel a bit overwhelming…and sadly im the kinda person that gets overwhelmed very easily ! haha

end of the day…adherence is key… maybe if you outline your diet we can help to make suggestions for satiety too? π
