@Haider – things are good…next 6 weeks I think I can add a lot – sooo we shall see…im genuinely not getting on that plane if im not a bit bigger and better then last time!
I can see its going well for u, a lot more quality size already….despite all the injuries etc

crucifix – 2 sets
HS inc shoulder press – 2 sets – VERY HAPPY WITH STRENGTH ON THIS SEEN AS ITS A NEW EXERCISE
high inc DB press – 2 sets – WELCOME BACK DBS….!
dip machine – 2 sets – NEW VARIATION, FELT GOOD
cable fly – 2 sets
lying cable side raise – 3 sets
cable front raise – 2 sets
single arm tri pushdown – 2 sets

its only Tesco or mostly morrisons – I genuinely don’t go to high end shops…I have never had a problem….of course we all get the odd bit of crappy food from time to time! 🙂

hmm I wouldn’t really make anything of it
DOMS is just damage…high reps do cause muscular ‘damage’ so to speak – hence the DOMS
load and moderate reps causing more myofibril hypertrophy – high reps will only tap into those fibres IF the set is taken to the N degree and IF the body needs to recruit them….so we know that this is more just swelling, rather than growth.
so moral of the story….DOMS doesn’t mean much…the way in which we train and execute and get strong does

very specific!! I have NEVER had a NY deli …I think the pastrami put me off, as im not massive on it…however the combo here would work well
hmmm…I think prawn mayo on granary with salad….BUT not a shop one, it would have to be a real good ‘cute cafe’ kinda sandwich
OR the turkey – slaw from Bagel Man…if you have every heard of that shop?
