nut butters tend to be a lot more priceysome white fish is nice and cheap, like tilapia…and also turkey mince

rest day yesterday – VERY much needed haha
I don’t usually get quad DOMS, but it certainly set in after Fridays pulverisingworld cup rugby – we won! I didn’t watch as I was really busy but Jordan was keeping me updated
then we watched rugby in the afternoon too Gloucester v wasps….we won that too! was really fun….VERY chilly tho! hat and gloves needed next time for surepull day today
will update latercurrently 18 weeks and 5 days out….really not very long!
