LOTS OF STUFF GOING ROUND IN MY MIND TODAY
this prep has been a weird one…my body isn’t happy at all and its not being mine…I am feeling a little over whelmed and scared by it as I cant work it out and for me when I cant justify I feel very frustrated

no I don’t count trace and I never have or will – that’s just my way for myself as I don’t vary my foods anyway

my training plan is written out so will give you a very clear idea of how I structure the mealsdiet needs to be tailored to your own needs and demands so if youre active with your job then you need more fuel

either they added the sugar syrup which could have made you spike a little
or as its very high in caffeine in starbucks (rates at 400 mg per large cup…yes, I have looked into this haha) so perhaps combined with the yoh and the day in general you had just over stim-ed a little?or perhaps you had upped your yoh dose that day…in which case that could have also had an impact
if its persistent then you need to take it seriously to make sure all is ok 🙂

its actually my brother in laws birthday today…but he is away in wales on a little holiday…..GREAT week for the weather! so u wont be seeing him today…I will do this weekend

looks like it will be a little bit sunnier today which is nice and its a rest day,,,this week of training has really taken its toll on me! iv been strong, unexpectedly tbh which is cool…but I am in a big old deficit so that’s always a shock hahatoday – im in manc…we plan a wander round, cinema then ill trot home to the pups 🙂
went to t nutrition yesterday in Wirral – they are stocking the supps so asked us to come down…the guys that worked in there was so nice, we had a really good few hours 🙂

it is high…but there is no literature to show that we gain fat from protein over feeding – and my bloods markers are in a very good place, so again no medical detriment here either
protein metabolism isn’t the same as carb or fat metabolism – so what determines too high?
I don’t write diets for others with protein this high its just my preference for me, and as I do my own diet I can haha

you can ask Jordan himself about his warm ups
you can ack me about mine if you like hahaim not sure on what youre outlining here…I don’t do 6 sets – its not a set number…I don’t track warm ups or progress them, they are not work sets
I get into the gym – warm up the muscle I am working with a few very light sets on exercises…for the 1st move I do a few reps, add a plate, maybe 3 reps, add a plate, 1 rep, add a plate 1 rep…then ready to work
I don’t warm up between moves as im warm from set 1
THIS IS ALL VERY PERSONAL…if youre not warm, do more, if you have injuries again the process may be different
hope that explains…there is a video on this too im pretty sure, ill try find the title 🙂
