Craig , I’m just lifting based on profiles
The 4 sets of pull downs to start heavily load the mid/shortened range
I then did a set of prime extreme I didn’t show that had 4 plates mid 6 top, this is 5th set in, so even that’s pushing it for 4 mid , so then next set I did 8 top 2 mid , ideal resistance profile for 6 set
7th set I had more on mid peg less on top for the pulldown , 8th adjusted it slightly , 9th adjusted it again ( the video shown )
10th set lat row , muscles have fuck all left in the shortened now really , the loading profile reflects that
( In It’s simplest form , start your sessions 50:50 loaded ( I started with a cable movement that was the same ) , as sets go on, adjust accordingly to reflect our strength diminishing in the shortened range
( just the same thing as I do when I use the press pieces , chest starts 50/50
Then goes 40/60 , then as get to shoulder it goes 30/70 then 20/80 )
The problem is , everything I have said above is probably going to confuse the living fuck out of most people , and then it distracts them from just getting strong
Honestly, perfect reply and super clear! As my gym has a lot of prime and I’m always mid/top loaded throughout the whole session.
I’ll give this approach a shot next time to try maximise my session! Thank you! -
Hey Jordan, in your recent pull video. You load the Prime Machines at the top, as opposed to most load the middle. What do you see as the benefit loading at the top?
Anything to do with peak contraction at the end range with maximum weight? -

So as above I would discuss with doctor. Your test looks bunk also Could you post some picture of the vial from all angles. This is the second post n third case I’ve heard of ROHM being crap. Yet the stuff I have is great n I have been sent lab results to show it’s well dosed. Yes sir, so a blood test a year ago was close to these numbers. 6months later my iron and transferrin were either in range or very close to being in range. And now it’s elevated to similar numbers to 12months ago -

Aaron, what would you recommendation have been for someone who trained natural for 9-10years, 14st, at 12% BF
My initial dosages were slightly wrong, but it was 300mg/10wk, 500mg/7wk, 200mg/8wk (so far)

Would you advocate running inosine first and then retest bloods? And are we mainly concerned that we need understand uric acid levels rather than my test/oestrogen. This will help me understand which test to purchase.
Re Test 500mg, I was attempting to follow a cruise/blast/cruise protocol. Which I’d pick up from these forums. The 500mg was actually 5 weeks rather than 8. During this period, I upped my adex to 0.5mg every other day.

Totally agree with you all. Which is why I wanted to dig a little deeper!! Which understanding do we actually take in the nutrients if the blood flow to your gut is impaired?
I’ve used intra for a while and do notice the training benefits myself
