Just out of interest, do you go to bed immediately after nights or do you stay up a few hours, eat, watch a show etc for a few hours and then sleep?
I get to bed straight away, brush teeth, set alarms, straight to bed.
I don’t eat anything from about midnightish, have thought that possibly something small to eat on the way home or before leaving might be a good idea?
I’d normally be home and in bed by say 6:40/7:10 depending on the shift I’m on.

I would take Dream Sleep 30 mins before you sleep and take extra magnesium during the day. Because you miss sunlight, I would also take vit D3&K2 daily to help keep your mood, immunity and energy levels stable. OH Mega Pharma pro and a B complex will help to support brain function and reduce that foggy feeling night workers often get. Ashwagandha also can help with stress and stamina.
Peptide wise, DSIP may support deeper sleep and Epitalon can help to regulate your body clock. Ipamorelin may support recovery and growth hormone rhythms that get disrupted by night shift work too.
Outside of supplements, you need to make sure your routine supports getting the best quality sleep you can. Use bright light at the start of your shift to wake up, and wear dark sunglasses on the way home so your brain doesn’t think it’s daytime. Keep your bedroom cool and black. Avoid caffeine and stimulants in the second half of your shift so you can actually sleep when you get home.
Thanks for the reply Clare, yeh I’m going to give dream sleep another go, unfortunately didn’t get anything from it when I bought it before but always willing to give stuff another go.
How often throughout the day would you recommend to take the magnesium? I’m currently taking 240mg about 30-60 minutes prior to sleep.
Haven’t looked into DSIP before so I will have a good look into that and possibly implement.

So peptide wise the only one’s I’ve noticed increase sleep quality are Selank and Klow blend.
Other than that I would recommend you try Sleep & Relax from DY nutrition (this knocked me out even when I was nearly dickskin shredded).
Could also add in Ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan and Green tea extrakt (all made a significant diff for me)

Start at 1 cap meth blue a day , go to 2 tabs after a couple weeks
Nad 1 ml a day, IM shot
Slu half a ml a day , draw with a green , back load an insulin needle , but also add 0.5ml bac water to , shake it up , pin slow , it stings a bit but passes
Mots , add 2ml and then take 5iu a day ( 1mg)
5 amino add 1ml take 10iu a day ( 500mcg)
Ss31 add 2ml , take 10iu ( 2.5mg )
Will do a banging job for tbe lean grow phase
Will shaking the slu and bac when in the syringe not damage the peptide? Can adding the 0.5ml bac help to reduce or eliminate nodules forming? Had one for several days now just from the slu on its own (very painful)

That’s a decent starting dose. Yes completely normal. It’s not completely water based bud
Ah I see okay thanks! It looks slightly congealed at the bottom after being in the refrigerator, guessing just some slow and gentle rolling around to get it to remix again?
