Going to daily dosing definitely has benefits on paper however my question for you is have you experienced negative side from your current dosing protocol? If the answer is yes then by all means a daily dosing may help.

My point is don’t just change things based off what others are doing. If you’re doing well with less frequent jabs then I see no reason to change things.

Other guys on here may very well have a different opinion but I thought I would share my thoughts.

Thank you Adam, no I haven’t had any issues with the protocol, I’m just considering long term stability of bloods and convenience

    Appreciate the feedback and considerations

subq works just as well as IM in my experience and I have had bloods done to test this, the only real change was my free testosterone was actually a little higher when doing subq.

I would just make sure to use test C and not test E as for most it seems test E causes lumps/welts when going subq for some reason myself included

Thanks for the response Hilly, I appreciate it. I remember watching your video referencing this.

I will keep that in mind too, only have test c anyway and don’t plan on changing to another ester

Personally I think oils are better IM and water based sub q

If you are getting on ok doing IM then I would stick to that.

I’m also in the camp of doing as few shots as possible especially with longer esters. Fewer shots = less risk of infection or anything going wrong.

Thanks for the response mate, I appreciate it

I haven’t had any issue IM, just thinking of the convenience of sub q and trying to recall a video I saw Hilly do discussing his clients running sub q

Only reason I was thinking of daily dosing is the stability of blood levels and less peaks. Especially when/if I push the dose higher to reduce possible negative sides

Mostly likely just a minor strain, nothing much you can do apart from potentially a heat pad, not aggravate it for a few days via training and wait for the strain to heal.

Thank you for the reply, will do

Thing is, she doesn’t care at all for recognition , talking , posting . She would entirely delete insta if she didn’t think it was slightly beneficial for business. Corinne is a do-er, she is VERY different to anyone I have ever known , the girl did a masters degree in atmospheric science because she thought it would be fun , it was the most outrageously hard pieces of work I have ever seen! I tried to do some of the calculus with her back in 2013 , and I remember us sitting on the floor in our pokey little flat , and her asking me if I understood what the fuck a chapter meant in a text book, I didn’t lol! This is her idea of fun lol! Did she post that on Ig, no , does she speak about it , no haha. She honestly can’t stand the social media society we live in, she thinks it’s a fucking joke and people just need to pull up their big boy pants and get stuck in, but this is the side of her that I think would make most people feel uncomfortable, as not many people are true do-ers like her

That’s fucking deadly, completely different mindset and level of intelligence
