I know that Theo Leguerrier is documentinf quite enough his journey, he is well known but not a leader in bb atm.
His content is on youtube in french but you can translate with subtitles in youtube options.
Marco ruz is also documenting his journey on youtube i think (in 212) in french
They both olympians but not big leaders for now.
That’s the only two i know cause I am french so
Thank you Allison, I appreciate it
Both of them have phenomenal physiques will definitely give them a follow 👌

Hi all just reporting back on this, wanted to give it a week or so to assess and then the heatwave came too
Doesn’t seem be a passing water issue anyway, didn’t need to use the toilet every time I woke up, even went to sleep 15/20 minutes earlier one night as a test and ended up waking about 15/20 mins earlier
Averaging between 6hrs 15-6hrs 30 a night overall for month of June compared to 7hrs 15-30 back in December

Thank you for the additional replies Allison, Claire and Hilly
I do have a habit of overthinking these things to try optimise all the foundational parts of my set up
Plan to reduce fluids further later on today probably only another 700-900Ml for the remainder of the day (4pm writing this)
Will try the additional salt in final meal and possibly on next food bump add the kiwi in the evening too
Baking soda may be on the cards too haha
Thank you all again

Hi all,
Thank you for the reply’s
I do taper my fluid down through the day, usually that drink at 7pm is just to take my supplements
Will try cutting it back earlier today and see if it’s any help
Although this morning I’m awake without the need to use the toilet

Hi Hilly,
Final meal training day is:
– 70g oats
– 10g chia seeds
– 1.5 scoop protein powderFinal meal rest day
– 80g oats
– 10g milled flax seeds
– 80g banana
– 1.5 scoop protein powderSalt intake daily
– 4g sea salt
– 6g low saltRoughly 1.5g of that mix goes into final meal
Yeah mate no issue with falling asleep, I used to need to read to help fall asleep now it’s just roll over and give it a few minutes
Often enough I wake up needing to pee but sometimes I’ll just wake up
Cut fluids off at by 7:30 last pee just before I go to sleep

Hey buddy, I always like to use the same amount of test to mast so if you’re running 300mg then I would likely run 300mg of mast. However if you haven’t done many cycles I would start with a lower dose of 150-200mg.
Thank you for the reply Louis, yeah first time running a DHT, been test only to this point
So I’ll take this into account and the two messages from the lads above
Have a good weekend mate
-
Thank you both for the reply’s

Have a good weekend 👍

Will do some experimenting

Thank you both for the responses, I appreciate it.
I’ll give that a shot Kuba
Currently I was having the 10g glutamine with water during morning walk before I have my pre etc.
Creatine 5g in pre and 5g in intra.
Have some performance fuel there so can swap that with the sustain.

Thanks for the reply Louis, don’t know how to get a source for them unfortunately haha

Going to daily dosing definitely has benefits on paper however my question for you is have you experienced negative side from your current dosing protocol? If the answer is yes then by all means a daily dosing may help.
My point is don’t just change things based off what others are doing. If you’re doing well with less frequent jabs then I see no reason to change things.
Other guys on here may very well have a different opinion but I thought I would share my thoughts.
Thank you Adam, no I haven’t had any issues with the protocol, I’m just considering long term stability of bloods and convenience
Appreciate the feedback and considerations
