Interesting review, thank you for this and defo what I have seen with clients and I fully agree with opinion on dosing etc. It blows my mind seeing some aggressive protocol recommendations going up to 8/9mg per week.
I would be very interested to find out if the improvement in LDL stays once you come off for a period of time so please update us/me if you can. I also still think thats a decent drop – yes you will of wanted more and I would to but 4.38 is still way better than 5.49. Do you take anything else to try and reduce this ? Tried other supplements
Morning. Yeah I suppose the LDL reduction is good directionally – maybe I was expecting too much.
Supps wise I have started taking full tbjp suite (since end Nov) – omega, cure coming, vital supp, love heart, heart care.
I looked into doing separates so I could understand more about what was doing what, but then figured I’d trust what everyone says on here and go all in with them on the basis that the ingredients work together better than sum of the parts?! -
Thanks guys. Tagging on to this, Vital Support states to take 4 ‘upon wake’ – This should be first thing so fasted then, right?

So to answer my own question a bit, I’m planning to introduce Vital Support and Cure Coming to ensure health of liver and other organs, and also add boron. I see this as a more sensible long term approach. I then have the structure in place for if/when I want to up the test dose.

Those companies don’t care about what actually makes a diff and tbh their customers don’t either , they just take it as that’s what they think they should without ever asking why . So firstly well done for breaking away from that , you will now start to change as a result of that mindset shift . Most of us actually take 10g a day as that is a dose in the literature that REALLY makes a diff . ( we are all literature based with our decision making for nutrition here )
Thanks Jordan!
I’ll double up to the 6g then and see how I go. I don’t weigh nearly as much as most of you guys! -
Thanks for the feedback!
So I’ll carry on with the fat loss, and give the tbjp health stack pack a try and see how bloods look on retest. If LDL is still not in range then at least I know I’ve tried before starting on a statin!
