Thanks Both. I have tried boron for a few months previously and cut it out because it didn’t seem to have any impact.

Noted on the thyroid check though.

It’s a big commitment to start TRT but got to the point where even though my test levels appear good on paper, I don’t feel it in person. However, it’s the reason I posted here as you guys have a lot of experience in this and if you don’t think I would gain much benefit with the potential side effects not worth it

What did your bloods say in terms of free testosterone after a few months. No increase ?

If so then maybe trt is worth a try
Thanks Hilly.

There has been a slight rise but also significant increase with SHBG which makes it essentially redundant. I have also got leaner in that period so not sure if that has raiser my SHBG.

If giving TRT a go (which I probably will), would starting at 150mg be a logical approach?

October 2025:

Albumin: 47 g/L
SHBG: 46.4 nmol/L

FSH: 2.3 IU/L
LH: 1.8 IU/L
Oestradiol: 139 pmol/L
Testosterone (Total): 21.3 nmol/L

Free Testosterone (Calculated): 0.356 nmol/L
Free Androgen Index: 45.9
Prolactin: 150 mIU/L

DHEA Sulphate: 7.69 µmol/L

March 2026:

Albumin: 43 g/L
SHBG: 63 nmol/L

FSH: 3.7 IU/L
LH: 5.3 IU/L
Oestradiol: 106 pmol/L
Testosterone (Total): 26.4 nmol/L

Free Testosterone (Calculated): 0.384 nmol/L
Free Androgen Index: 42.2
Prolactin: 286 mIU/L

DHEA Sulphate: 5.45 µmol/L

Store in fridge

Thanks Jordan. I moved them to the fridge but have been in a cupboard since Tuesday. Are they likely to have lost potency, and will need to be replaced?

Defo no shame ! The ghkcu has actually made my skin “ nice “ , for the first time ever lol. And I fucking love slu , I’m taking 3 caps on wake and 3 before training and my fitness and drive in training is absurd .

Are you getting rhe 100mg ghkcu? ( I advise this if the goal is to have the best skin possible as then you can use 3000mcg a day and the bottle last a month )

Thanks for the advice and will get the 100mg Ghkcu. How do I prepare it to get the 3000mcg dosage? This is probably common sense but I’m a total newbie.

Can the SLU also be taken orally? Because I think I also see them in capsules on proforma?
Hi Peter, did you purchase the SLU capsule from Proforma? I am considering it rather than the injectable but not sure if to go for the injectable if more effective.

Does my hormone profile look sufficient for my age, or could TRT benefit me? I do have slight low T symptoms.

Hi Daniel, we are all getting older! I’m not sure how much peptides are going to help with that but if you’re leading a healthy lifestyle I think that will keep you feeling as young as possible.

That is very true Louis, but it shouldn’t stop us from optimising the way we look and feel if possible. I have heard good things on reta, GHK cu and mots-c so might give them a go and see if there any benefits. Thanks for your reply

Anti aging and feeling good. being lean and building muscle is my main objective, Sasan. I feel like I have got to a point in my life where, although I am 37, I have started to feel like I’m getting slightly older
