Hi Stephen/Dean,
I competed in the NABBA South East new Menβs Physique class. I got 1st place and an invite to the british finals.
I was pleased with the package I presented and in the end everything went to plan. Not going to compete in the British this year, the plan is to take a year off to GROW.

Whats your instagram Stephen? I’d be interested in viewing the IG story… also im competing next week so it will be the end of a 16 week prep.. obviously im looking to put on size after the show. So you’d recommend not calculating and to just slowly up my calories? Thanks

Would you guys reduce your carbs on rest days? On training days my carbs are split between breakfast then PRE and Post Work Out. Would you recommend just spreading your carbs evenly throughout the day on rest days or just having them for breakfast only

Hi Stephen, thanks for your reply that’s really helpful π for the last week or so we have been doing 2-3 zero carb days, daily calories are approx 1500 all from proteins/fats, then every 3rd or 4th day we are adding in around 150g carbs (usually on leg or back days) seems to be working a treat so far! Thanks again

Hi Stephen, do you know which video this is please? Im 2.5 weeks out from my first show, pretty much on track and ive worked my arse off (just completely drained and feeling like a walking zombie at the minute haha) but I still have a slight bit of fat/water round my lower abs/back… im carb cycling, twice daily cardio etc but any tips can always help.. even if its just a mental thing π thanks!
