If they are low you know you need to start. You also want to check your liver, kidney, Rbc levels. Etc. This will tell you what may go out of whack when you run life long trt. Even trt can push things like cholesterol and rbc out. So with that knowledge you would know what supplements you would need to run and what other life style factors like cardio need to be on point whilst running trt. Drs will have you run around 150mg weekly alongside 100iu hcg daily to keep your hormone balanced. Some require aromasin for oestrogen too. I would recommend bloods every 6 months to keep track of your levels. Regarding bfat, if your test is low and you start taking trt then you will notice a benefit from the additional test on reducing bfat and increasing muscle mass. Assuming you’re diet and training is on point.
Thanks for the input

Thanks for the input, how does that dose impact your test total and free? Any impact on Estrogen?

Given you’ve cut 30lbs of bodyweight, your levels are good! Curious to know what the wider goal is long term.
Well done on trimming 30lbs off already 👏🏼
Yes, been training for 3-4 years but I have been fully committed to my young family and career. At a point where I can now start to dedicate more time to myself as they are getting older.
Goal is purely lifestyle, build a muscular physique and improve body confidence.

I will stick with it then and carry on and keep on eye on my other lifts. Still got a bit more to pull off in this fat loss phase.

Hi AJ,
How much Yohimbine are you taking and what’s your protocol.
Thanks.

Hi Sas, my fat intake is minimal like yours when dieting. My body seems to like high protein and higher carbs when dieting down. When I swap out the carbs for fats my weight loss seems to stall or I actually put on weight, even with the same calorific value. Do you have any thoughts on why this happens and also do you think having trace or low fat will affect hormone regulation?

Thanks for the response.
I started to get caught up in what people were saying you should do rather than what works for me. I have taken pictures every 6 weeks for progress and really happy with the progress.
What are your views on adding Clen at this point?
