Very good pull/hams session today with most movements increasing.
SLDL 240×10 today so 2 reps up from last week.
Pulled all drugs back now again so just running 150mg test per week for the next few weeks and will get bloods done along with ecg. I feel great but at 33 years old I don’t want to risk anything.

Your heart rate should be at around 70-80% of max hr for fat burning- which is roughly around where you say it is…
However hr on machines generally isn’t the most accurate but just be consistent with what you do and assess results then can increase or decrease as necessary

100% wrist wraps in this instance would be massively beneficial

Something has definitely gone very wrong in this phase mate- to be on those calories, doses of t3 & clen and to not be dropping bodyfat at the body composition you have currently.
As stated above 1. Get bloods done 2. Diet break – reassess your time frame and strategy as pursuing fat loss from this position won’t end well

Push 1 today which is my chest focus session and not the best session – chest press movements I have always struggled to really progress.
Last few weeks I have been battling with the prime incl press using 4pps, 2 weeks ago 7 reps, last week 6 and today 5 so I need to rethink my approach here- I’m thinking of dropping the weight back a touch where I can really control it and progress in slightly higher rep range eg get 3.5pps up to 15 reps before going back to 4pps.
Right elbow is also a bit inflamed again so going to get some dry needling done this week.

I’m pretty sure 99% of people using telmisartan aren’t using it for water retention- most of use are using it to help with blood pressure

Great legs session today l, trained with full volume and getting back to weights near what I was on before quad tear.

Felt amazing to really push myself today although by the end of the session I felt dead, just holding my head up felt hard!

Session went as follows:

1. Standing calf raises 4×10-15

2. Adductor – stack +60kg x 15 rest pause + 6

3. Seated ham- stack x 10, 81 x15

4. Occluded leg ext 4×12-15 – final set stack x13

5. Pendulum- 5p x 6, 4p x 12

6. Gym leco horizontal leg press – 9plates x 10, 7.5plates x 15

7. Walking lunges with 50kg bb – 3×20

8. Lying ham – stack x 15, stack x 12

9. Adductor 3×12-15

Hey Darren a workout like this with 24 working sets how much time occurs?
Usually takes 90 mins to 2hours

As max states hard to be clear on actual amounts here but based on what these compounds usually come in I’d immediately say it’s a lot

Looks like
250mg test per week
300mg tren (also why using both e & ace?)
300mg mast p

Wouldn’t personally see the need to run tren so high

Personally I would always opt for best quality viable financially in terms of meats, veg and fat sources but with basics like rice, oats etc I would t be too concerned other than if any issues with gluten/digestion in oats etc

Finished this week off with a big pull session, wasn’t sure how it would go as I was feeling quite tired and beat up from legs yesterday but turned out to be a very productive session.
All movements progressed in reps or weight. Tbar row machine now up to 7 plates x 12 and back off with 5 plates was 20 reps.
Weight still the same holding 254/255lbs.

Personally I’d opt for cable here but you can do either.
I wouldn’t do bb row as would be a lot of lower back loading if doing rdl/SLDL also so I’d opt for seared row variation.

Rep ranges are good

If it were me then I would place a bigger emphasis on back within your pull sessions and remove the bicep work especially considering you have an arms day…

Eg
Pullover
Lat focused single arm pull down
Lower lat focused row- db or machine
Chest supported tbar
Upper back row
Wg lat pulldown for upper back
Rdl/SLDL
Rear delt
Shrugs

It may feel good, but in terms of carry over to conventional squats which is what youre looking for, v squat is sub par. – but by all means continue if you enjoy it

Understood. And what if look at purely potential for hypertrophy and ignore the carry over to squats etc.
I can go much deeper on a V Squat (hams hugging the calfs) on a V Squat and I can go half an inch below parallell on Squats. So the V Squat stresses the lengthened position a lot more.
The fact that you can’t get as deep on squat may simply be down to ankle mobility so try a wedge under heels
