2. Adductor – stack +60kg x 15 rest pause + 6
3. Seated ham- stack x 10, 81 x15
4. Occluded leg ext 4×12-15 – final set stack x13
5. Pendulum- 5p x 6, 4p x 12
6. Gym leco horizontal leg press – 9plates x 10, 7.5plates x 15
7. Walking lunges with 50kg bb – 3×20
8. Lying ham – stack x 15, stack x 12

Great push/upper back top up session today
5pps x 7 again this week on the prime shoulder press, hoping to push this to 10 in the coming weeks. I did manage to push my back off with 4pps up by 3 reps to 15 so definite progress there.
I’m quite happy to see things moving up by a rep or slight increase in weight weekly as I know progress at this point is tough considering I’m not pushing food and weight is being held for last few months.
Iv got about 4 more months in this maintenance phase where the goal is to just refine and get better without getting heavier. -

Hey mate – the volume in session looks good so potentially I’d say that you are still suffering with fatigue- 1 week may have not been enough (also how much did you truly scale back) even if doing 1 set those sets may still have been too much.
With that in mind I’d say look at doing a complete rest for a few days then a week of low volume then back to normal -
Excellent pull/Hans session today
I had been stuck at 240kg SLDL for 5/6 reps for a few sessions so the last 2 sessions I went to 260×3, today I went back to 240 and managed 8 reps so I’m very happy with that. The exposure to a heavier weight for 2 sessions definitely helped.
I know I’m not particularly strong in this movement and I struggle to keep tight in it but I am adamant if I continue to get small progression ls weekly it will show in my physique. -
Unless your carb intake post workout is significantly high, then there’s no real need for a GDA with this meal as you’ll be in a very insulin sensitive state post workout. However they are very useful to take before any other high carb meal of the day, particularly during a gaining phase. IN-SURE by TBJP Nutrition is superb.
150 gr of Rice Krispies you think is ok to take ?
Yes I take is before lunch and dinner [/quote]
I don’t think it’s necessary to use in post workout considering insulin sensitivity will already be high -
Without knowing specifics all I can give u is a general guide- so purpose of mini cut is to drop as much body fat in a short period of time – I generally say 4-6 weeks would be good time frame, so then look at your physique and estimate how much you need to lose in this phase eg 20lbs (take this over 4 weeks) 5lb loss per week. Calculate deficit required based on your statistics, macros etc and apply. Obviously this will be rough guide so adjust numbers based on progress

In for push today and slightly weird one as struggled on prime incl and drax (same as gymshop) flat press to match last weeks top sets but back off sets were a few reps up and overall felt like a great session, really connected with it..
After sitting at 253-254 for last 14 weeks or so woke up at 255 last 2 days with no changes to anything. -
Pretty sure as hilly has said everyone coaches anyone wanting to be coached and progress, doesn’t matter the standard

Rest day today and not a whole lot to report, appetite was back to normal after a struggle yesterday to get food in. Body temperature a little elevated today along with resting heart rate so keeping an eye on that the next few days

Iv had some clients have issues with taking all their SUPPS in morning causing irregular bowel movements… might be worth splitting them to after meal 1 and with meal 2
-
Out of interest do you take your supplements in the morning and then have this issue?

Finished the week off with a really good pull session today, took some big progressions – wide grip on tbar 7plates for 11 today.
However appetite is completely shot today, have struggled with every meal after training taking at least an hour on each… eating this volume of food fir over 4 months now definitely becoming a struggle.
