Impossible to tell how you will react to steroids all you can do is make sure that you are doing everything else right to ensured skin is good. Supplementing vit b5 & acetyl l-carnitine will help

Another great session today finishing off the week with lat focused pull.
Definitely feeling it now after a big week of training.
Going to make sure tomorrow I do as little as possible and have deep tissue booked in.
This is week 14 on the same food and bodyweight still holding around 253lbs so in a great position.

Sounds like you are doing everything you can to get to the bottom of it, with something like this you are doing the right thing getting tests done- they will get to the bottom of it – no point in any guess work here

Yeah defo mate, was just hoping someone would have a similar experience , as I’m worried about how long it will take to get the tests/results [/quote]
Totally understandable, the symptoms can be caused by any number of things so I’m sure plenty of others will have experienced similar but not necessarily the same cause.

The original shredabull was very strong, 2.0 not quite as strong but personally I found them both leaving me nauseous for hours and in weird cold sweats…
Cv burn for me hits just right, Ramps up my cardio, gives me a good sweat but I can function after!

Reall good push (delt focus) & upper back session today. Most notable was adding 5kg a side to prime shoulder press so now at 95 for 7.. goal here is 100×10 in coming weeks.
Weight still holding comfortably at 252-254lbs with training performance still very good

Think Marc has nailed the key point here is assessing your sleep quality. Do you drink a lot of caffeine?

I would base your decision very much off how you feel here- if you are struggling with energy and gym performance is poor then I’d go straight up to maintenance to alleviate fatigue as quick as possible.
If you are feeling fine then I’d reverse up gradually…

Rest day today so just a day spent of check ins and client work. Was feeling very tired today so didn’t even leave the house! Looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow

I think the above have all nailed it re training side of things.
Nutrition wise due to the reduced output you will likely need to drop unnecessary calories (carbs can come down) once you ensure protein is high enough and on maintenance calories you should maintain muscle.

Ham/pull session today and managed to progress all lifts.
SLDL up to 240 now as well as 5.5plates on chest supported tbar.
Really enjoying this new split and feel like it’s allowing me to really push so now it’s a case of rinse & repeat for the next 5/6 months.

Offseason cardio packs on quite much health benefits but do you guys see it hinder leg mass / fullness of the legs?

I have wondered this especially as with my job as a PT and as I go to work by walking, my steps gets out of hand on some days (around 20 000 steps daily) and I feel like this has truly had an impact on my leg fullness somehow. Even tho it is not direct cardio, I just have been thinking about it that would cardio have same effect?

And is it maybe because walking that amount of steps daily are so low steady state and so consuming that they will burn off the leg size. I might be able to switch to my bike as the weather gets better here so maybe it would save my legs little bit and would be more like normal cardio as it would be faster to move around and also HR would get up little higher so it would not be as low state as walking.

I really don’t think so, if nutrition and recovery are on point then cardio really doesn’t have any impact on leg size

First session of the week today and I won’t lie I was totally unmotivated to train today, just felt off from the moment I woke up..
Once I got into the gym and got a few warmup sets done I got into it- ended up being quite a good session and managed to add 2 reps to my prime incl and upped weight on gymshop flat press.
