Very good hamstring session today, but definitely strength is getting into a territory now that is causing more fatigue. Starting to feel quite battered now after sessions so I’m expecting to have to implement somewhat of a deload in next week or 2.

Like everything in this there inevitably a risk on health, to what extent I can’t say.. you personally have to assess your own risk vs reward here- is the primo a necessity for you? Why do you want it? And then is that worth potential health risks for you.
Personally I have accepted trt will be a necessity for me now as I get older however when I decide it’s time to retire for competitive bodybuilding that is all I will use.

Use it as a start point and adjust based on results after like 2 weeks

Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. I had a pretty chilled one, everything is like a normal day here in DUBAI so I hit legs in the morning before a nice Christmas dinner with my wife.
Training is going really well at the moment and building some great momentum with strength across all sessions.
Bloods will be done again this week just to check on everything. Been monitoring blood pressure the last few days also and best it’s been in a long time for me which is positive.

No issues with just switching… can I ask your reason for wanting to switch?

You will get great results by simply running 300mg test weekly as sas suggested.
Really no need for the npp in first cycle

Really good day today went into the gym to do my shoulder rehab stuff, felt good so did a few movements at about 60% managed a decent db shoulder press relatively pain free and now a few hours later no discomfort so I’m optimistic I’ll be back to full training in a bout 2-3 weeks.

Back session 2 of the week today and very happy with how session went. Progressed in pretty much all movements. Do feel a bit battered tonight. Tomorrow will just be some shoulder rehab work and potentially some light training if there is no pain.
Still no changes to food or cycle as holding 250-252 now which I’m comfortable at and don’t really have a need to push up further from here and Performance in gym still going up.

I’d be looking at all variables that could be effecting this- 1. Was your previous 7 reps controlled, rest periods ok, hydration? Etc as 2 weeks and 2lbs bodyweight loss would not (or should not) effect strength.

I’d be agreeing with hilly here- 250 test 150npp will be perfect to start on and then assess at 6-8 week mark

Yeah 100% don’t add npp in until you get bloodwork done as hilly has suggested- may end up being a better option to increase primo further rather than add in npp

Definitely off to a good start this week, had a really good back session, every movement today was on the money and hit some good numbers.
I don’t remember a time since I started bodybuilding when I felt this good so just hoping I can keep this going and really make some serious improvements in the next few months .
