My issue with this would be if you are tracking progress how do you standardize the reps? I mean if you get 10 reps this week and you rested slightly for 3 how do you compare next weeks reps?

Rest day today and didn’t get up to much – cardio and then spent the day working on client plans etc with a few short dog walks to aid digestion as food on rest days is same as training so I need to get up and move otherwise I feel very full!

Thanks mate! Could you talk a bit through how you’ve made so much progress on such a short period of time. I know you’ve been ultra consistent and meticulous about everything but I’d like to know more about you’re gaining/dieting periods from when you went pro until now?

Have you pretty much gained straight through except for the shows mid way between? How did you utilise anabolic, growth, insulin?

I think it’s amazing the progress you’ve made so it would be great to get a deeper insight.

Honestly I don’t think I have done anything out of the ordinary – Iv just applied myself 100% all the time. All year round I’m as consistent as I am on prep with food, training, recovery etc.
Cycle wise I have had periods where I have pushed the boat so to speak however on reflection I don’t believe this made a huge difference and I could have achieved the same with a smarter approach as thus negatively impacted on sleep and recovery in points.
I had one really big off season after turning pro where I really pushed food at one point reaching over 8000 calories daily and I went to 268lbs.
Now I’m trying to stay around 250lbs as I know at this weight I can improve and body composition is very good.
Strength wise Iv had periods where I really pushed it – last year 180kg incline bb press for 6, 160kg bb shoulder press for 4/5 I think and hack squat was strongest ever. – I did get some injuries so now my approach is a lot more controlled- still going as heavy as possible but with perfect form.
This year I’m implementing increlex for first time ever and certainly noticing a difference in fullness but hard to say full benefit just yet.

Personally I would opt for lower test here like 400-500 max then if want to push things raise primo 600

Really good legs session today – progressed on all exercise pretty much and finally feel like I’m getting back to somewhere near full strength on legs again- definitely feeling good!
Pendulum added 20kg today and matched reps so that was a big win for me.

Hey Darren, 2 questions for you. What does your arm day look like and how would you advise bringing them up, I can’t seem to get mine to grow.

Secondly what was your experience with Mediphorm, do you still use it ?

Hey mate my arm day is nothing crazy 4 exercise for biceps, 4 for triceps 3-4 sets on each 10-15 reps. I don’t go crazy heavy anymore due to a few elbow issues and bicep issue last year so just focus on contractions and form.

Mediphorm Im torn on – not really sure, I used in Delts and biceps and it did and some fullness but think it took from detail… no haven’t used in over a year now

Are there any other symptoms with face flush?

Also 500mg test e weekly most definitely not trt..
Even if you are on cruise I would advise test lower (200-250) if you then want more total mg usage add primo in – this will be much better for your health and will show in bloodwork

Hey mate sorry to hear you are going through something.
You can just stop, one shot won’t have caused any surpression so def no need to worry

This is something I would say we have all been guilty of doing and whilst you still may progress take the soreness as a sign- this is how injuries happen when fatigue and or tightness build up.
Drop volume and or add a day more in between sessions

Second back session of the week yesterday and decided to try a few different movements rather than repeat mondays session.
Had a really good session and connected with movements really well- couple I will be substituting in to my normal routine once back to full training.
    Session was

    1. Seated cable pullover 4×8-12
    2. Single arm lat pulldown 3×8-12
    3. Single arm banded plate loaded row 3×8-10
    4. Chest supported t-bar row 2×8-10
    5. Machine upper back row 3×10-12
    6. Dy row 3×12-15
    7. Upper back lat pulldown 3×10-12
    8. Back ext (not recorded) 3×12-15
    9. Preacher curl (not recorded) 3×10-12
    10. Db hammer curl (not recorded) 2×10-12

Agree with Jordan as above re lower test and add primo to begin with.
After this you really have to gauge off performance and desired look.
As food comes down if their is a drop in performance and or lack of fullness then address adding in more primo initially (also worthwhile looking at training volume here as option)
Tren would be my option then once you have exhausted all other means

    Really good hamstring session yesterday.
Was cautious with SLDL pulling too much hurting shoulder so i dropped back to 4pps and decided to go for as many reps as I could… got 17 and was gassed for about 5 minutes!! No idea how Jordan does 20+ ?
Shoulder movement is increasing daily now which is positive.

Unless you can get lab results on quality of them then is it really worth saving a few quid when you know pharma is 100%

Definitely get it seen to as there are so many things it could be with the shoulder and u definitely don’t want to be guessing. Trust me a shoulder injury is not something you want
