Really depends on current physique and weight/bodyfat trend doing what you are doing along with recovery.
For example my rest days are the exact same calories as my training days as my weight is holding as is and I’m happy with composition in this current phase so I treat rest day as recovery and essentially refeed as I’m eating the same but doing a lot less

Slight restructuring to training this week as won’t be doing any push so started off today with back. No real restrictions from shoulder and actually had a really good session.
This week will run as follows
    Mon back
    Tues hamstrings
    Wed arms
    Thurs back
Fri maybe some delt & chest accessory or rest
    Sat legs
    Sun rest

Unfortunately Friday i tore my rotator cuff, still waiting on full diagnosis. However it has eased off pain wise quite a bit and I’m not too limited with movement. Daily localized cryo and anti inflammatories seem to be helping.
Hoping that a weeks rest from pressing and I will be able to work around it then.
But for now just legs and back.
Really good legs session yesterday beating all of the previous weeks numbers.
Rest day today very much needed

Excellent back session yesterday, in fact this week has been really good. Everything is just clicking. Weight back up to 250lbs, still no idea what caused the sudden drop to 245.

No I find it ok but as I said at beginning arm day on the Wednesday isn’t taxing, however if fatigue becomes an issue I will remove it and rest an extra day

Woke up this morning with a 4.5lb drop from yesterday which I have no idea why- i have noticed last 2-3 days my Appetite has sky rocketed and I have been sweating loads at night. I will monitor weight next few days and potentially increase food again this weekend.
Today was arms so not a massively taxing day.
8 exercises- 4 bi 4 tri and finished with 2 exercises for abs

Personally If I could only do 3 days a week I’d opt for full body session

Chest today with some delt accessory work after.
Really good session and managed to progress on most lifts. No travel or anything now for a while so should have a good run at training and push strength right up

Rest day today which was definitely needed after yesterdays leg session which finally felt good. Iv been really struggling with legs post show to get a good session in as strength and endurance just wasn’t there.
Yesterday was the strongest I have felt in ages in legs and felt a lot more stable in all movements. For reference I had a minor crutiate tear 3 weeks out from my shows so it’s been a slow recovery and still not back to full strength but at least now back to having a good session and good connection.

I wouldn’t think you have a need to go as low as 1600 if correctly monitoring activity and output.
I would jump to 2000 initially and then look to titrate pretty quickly to 2800-3000 as I’d anticipate this is somewhere around maintenance for you.

I haven’t used sertraline but I was on citalopram for a long time. It shouldn’t directly effect training however if dosage is too high you may feel a lack of motivation and sluggishness

Iv had one and used for a long time and if I’m honest as cool as the data was I never acted on it ? if it told me I had shit sleep or my recovery was bad I was still going to train. If I feel good I’m going to train simple as so ended up being a big waste of money for me.

Delts today, really good session. Managed to increase my plate loaded prime shoulder press 5pps x 6 today. Rest on Wednesday after travelling back from Spain was definitely what I needed as really feel fresh now and finding my groove with training.
Definitely noticing increased fullness from the increlex

Have you ever used pre and post workout insulin in off season? If so how did you get on with it?

Yes I have, both last off season and one before. I found it better with low to moderate dosages 5-8iu, anything more and I had a few issues going hypo a few hours after
