Long day of travel yesterday, left cork at 7am and got home in DUBAI at 2am, I did manage to sleep a bit on the plane so got straight back into my normal routine here today up at 6am for work and cardio before training push at 12. Felt good to get back on the machines I know and had a really good session.
Weight down at 258lbs after all the travel etc but I feel good. I imagine this will settle back around 260 in next few days which I’ll try hold for a few weeks. -
As it’s pretty much a constant I wouldn’t add any additional food to compensate, it really won’t make a difference

Last day back home in Ireland, it’s been a busy trip but managed to keep food and training on point- training sessions have been different as not same selection of machines but have kept volume the same and they have felt good.
I have definitely been more active here and dropped a little weight 6lbs so yesterday had some sushi on top of my normal meals.
Looking forward to getting back to DUBAI and back to my normal routine -
Apologies for no update yesterday it was my dads birthday so spent the day with family- got a pull session in early which again was still only at about 60% as my brachialis is still healing.
Today had a very good legs session which went as follows
1.standing calf raise 3×10-12
2.Single leg ext 3×12-15
3.lying ham curl 1×8-10, 1×12-15
4.hack squat 1×6-8
5.hammer strength horizontal press 1×8-12, 1×12-15
6.single leg ham curl 2×10-12
7.adductor 1 rest pause set (think 33 reps total)
8.Bulgarian split squat 3×10-12 -
Don’t change your training but maybe look at your overall volume- remove unnecessary sets, intensifiers etc

Spent all day yesterday travelling, left DUBAI at 4am, flew to dublin then coach to cork and arrived at 7pm. It was rest so went to do my cardio.
Had a good push session today, new gym and different machines so did a little extra volume by adding in some intensifiers -
Really good push session today- trained with rob Taylor and as he’s 6 days out followed his lead- little extra volume than I’m used to but exercise selection was similar and managed to have a really good session
-
Rest day today and first day of lower food- just pulled my carbs down by 150g which if I’m honest I didn’t even notice.
Looking to pull off 10lbs now in the next 3-4 weeks -
Considering you have spent this off season phase building as much new tissue as possible your primary focus in this cruise phase needs to be retaining it and that will mean keeping gym performance high so dropping food a lot will be counter productive
-
Very solid leg session today, decided I’d swap in hack for pendulum for the next few weeks so set my numbers on it today with a top set of 7pps x 8 so hopefully work this up to 9pps over time.
Spoke with Jamie today and when I get back from Ireland I’m going to pull my weight down again as at 267lbs this morning I really don’t feel good, lower back giving me issues and I don’t feel very mobile so will look to pull back to 250 -
Trained pull today first time since hurting my arm so was very careful, did everything unilaterally and at about 60% weight keeping it very slow and controlled. Had to be careful to not fully lengthen my right arm as this caused some pain. I think another week or 2 and will be back to normal

Really good delt focus push session today, not sure where it came from but felt really good and prime shoulder press today managed 5pps x 14 which is 5 reps up on last week but it’s more how the weight felt today I’m happy with, it didn’t feel heavy, more like a back off.
First food change in months today. We had been considering a small diet phase but over the past week my bodyweight has dropped a touch along with appetite going crazy so instead we have increased food.

Hi Darren, sorry but i don’t find real information on thatCan you explain exactly the goal of increlex ? And what do feel when using it .you feel stronger, gain à lot of density ?For the moment , i finish my contest sunday in spain, but i really wondering if using it on my off season stack with hgh and insulin can push me to be verry compétitive next years . Thank you , really pleasure to follow your évolution[/quote]
Increlex is real igf – adds lean muscle – for me I initially noticed a jump in weight and crazy fullness, after a few weeks my appetite shot up and noticed bodyfat come down considerably. It can be hard to find especially real and it will be expensive -
Firstly I’d get a full check over by Physio/sports therapist to address if there are any issues that are leading to the imbalance in the first place.
If nothing showing then I’d like at programming unilateral work -
Personally I would opt for a mast or primo alongside test over eq

I wouldn’t bother mate, not really going on make a diff at this point
