Whats Your water intake? Thats the first and main priority. Giving blood might be a bad idea since Your body gonna rebound harder. Supplemet vise arjuna, telmisartan, ip6, astragalus but first have a honest look into Your water intake

You could lower the cardio thats the first thing You look fatigued and holding water, we dont know about trainings, You can bump the clen aswell since 40 aint much tbh, check ur thyroid on the bloods, aswell You might want to refeed since 250 isnt much, You did not mention the weight of Yours, but You simply seem fatigued. Try to drop cardio and chill for 2 days with the same kcals – not refeeding, if You drop – Lower the cardio to 60 from 90 and observe…

So, today we’ve done pull with hammies. (1 ex for hammies, 3 for lats, 2 for upper back 1 for rear delt and 2 for biceps)
Kuba lowered the volume week before prep, now we are back to 2 working sets, one is backoff with no intensifiers like RP or Muscle rounds.Focusing on the muscle while maintaining or trying to even progress with the weight can still be achieved because of that move, which is lovely.
We are still feeding alittle today, I guess soon its time to drop the hammer and finish what we have started.
I dont know how many shows do I have left, being on prep for 24 weeks right now so half year is quite tiring, but still we are doing good managing fatigue, so lets hope for the best outcome 🙂 still feeling cool, loads of client work, well one thing what we could improve always is sleep but, its a prep and You cant have everything =)

the fatigue may be just too high, You can cut the steps for one day or feed her up alittle for 2~ days with extra carbs

SOOOO Havent posted for a while !
Working with Kuba! As few might know. We have won polish overall championships 2021 definetely brought my best package.Right now being around 2.5 week from my next show the goal is to feed up alittle, and try to attempt for a procard, if succesful – I am going to debut this year. But well – Step by step. First I have got to win right?
For now being focused on the goal ahead, just small dreams mentioned ha.

I’m 181cm , so 5’9 , and I’m here for like 3 years already haha 😛 just didnt create the yournal before.
Been competing since I started, already around 17? times in 5 years. Won few nationals, few smaller shows, won open in European championships – WPF federation. This year competed in Watford 2bros where I took 4th, kinda overdieted, failed with tan and so on, many stupid mistakes. Then I did a rebound and carbed up way harder, competed at Polish championship – won overall (wpf), and won G.Wierzbicki overall – smaller show, but realy nicely organised.
