    Thank you for all the replies! I really appreciate it.

    When it comes to my protein sources, I keep things very simple. I’m not a fan of overcomplicating my diet.

    I mainly rely on turkey breast, chicken breast, and whey isolate.

    When I increase my protein intake, I don’t change the sources — everything stays exactly the same.

    When I lower my protein, I also adjust potassium accordingly, so I’ve honestly analyzed this from every possible angle 😅

    No problems with sleep / gut on 500 tren. Feels even better than on npp.
