Why come off for 2 weeks? Your receptors down-regulate but this just reduces its effectiveness, it still works how it is supposed to. James Hollingshead mentioned in one of his recent vids that he’d be running Clen throughout his diet period at 40mcg per day, no tapering up or coming off for 2 weeks. Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (found in Boots own Sleepeaze tablets) helps upregulate receptors, this could be used 3-4 weeks in if you feel necessary but it would depend on your Clen dose. I’m following James’ protocol during this diet phase and leaving at 40mcg per day, may use some Sleepeaze towards the back end if I feel its necessary

I’m assuming the Diphenhydramine has the same manner of action as the Ketotifen Christoph, when ran with clen?

This is what I thought. Thanks for the responses, I’ll stick to my 10 minute routine of weighing them out individually. Glad I asked now

Is this a specific type of porridge you use for a particular reason/effect? I have never came across it until you mentioned it so may have to invest, as all my breakfast upsets my stomach so morning sessions end up being done on an empty stomach

Yeah I had the same issue as most with the finger prick test so rebooked in at a local clinic. In and out within 5 minutes and results back within a week. Good company but those finger prick tests shouldn’t be sold by them at all

Similar situation but no flu-like symptoms. Shot went well (similar to all others in delt) but swelling has occurred in the time following the jab and its now painful to move it or touch. No visual signs of infection. Hopefully it goes away like David said

Similar thing happened to me yesterday. Rotating left quad, delt, right quad each week and this latest delt shot went in nice and deep, a little bit of pain halfway in so redirected needle and slid it in to almost the base (using 1” 25G orange needles), aspirated and injected like every other time.
Felt some soreness/numbness post jab but thought nothing of it (sometimes happens) and went and trained (arms & shoulders session). But before I went to bed last night I noticed the delt I injected was extremely swollen, like a lump had formed deep in the muscle tissue and it has stayed sore when moving or touching. Such a struggle getting to sleep because its the side I lie on. Hoping it subsides as there are no visual signs of infection. Let me know how you get on with yours

Dug out the info. See below (taken straight from JP’s vid):
***30 mins pre: 2g Agmatine (increases nitric oxide), 3g Beta Alanine (increases carnosine levels, prevents increase of hydrogen in muscle)
20 mins pre: 5g Creatine Monohydrate (increases ATP, increasing ability to perform anaerobic exercise for longer), 5g Glutamine (cell hydration and immune support), 1g Taurine (has to be kept separate to Beta Alanine, great for cell volumisation, regulating intake of water to cell, cell that is more hydrated can uptake nutrients more efficiently), 6g Citrulline Malate (metabolises to form Arginine, better than Arginine when used with Agmatine, boosts ATP as well)
During workout (just before you begin, start sipping): Karbolyn/Glycofuse (Carb source with minimal bloat for during workout), Peptopro (Protein Source, Hydrolysed Casein, hits blood extremely fast, in sync with a carbohydrate drives it into the cells during a workout), EAA’s (topped up)
Intra workout shake has to be topped up with water to remain hydrated to properly deliver the nutrients***
As Agmatine cannot be bought in the UK anymore, and you have to buy for US and hope it passes customs (mine did first time but the 20 day wait is a pain if you’re disorganised like me). I know Dr Dean St Mart has told me numerous times that increasing the Citrulline Malate to 12g would give you just as much benefit as combining the 5g with 2g Agmatine.

I posted something and was a bit impatient and hit submit again and then realised something was happening. The thread was instantly created twice. I have seen people do this 4 & 5 times. If there was an option for the OP to delete a thread, that would be great

Expect natural testosterone to shutdown and potentially loss of libido as you’re not supplementing with a testosterone base. You’ve thought about it (probably for a while) so you’re likely to just do it anyways, but give the beginner videos a watch and really think about what you’re planning and why.
Test E or Test C 250mg/wk or max 500mg/wk is the optimal first cycle. If you can’t inject yourself then you are not ready for any kind of steroidal substances.

Myprotein Impact Pump is gash imo
Check out Jordan’s vid on pre, intra & post supplements. Old vid in the supplements section i think but covers citrulline malate, beta alanine, agmatine and various others. If you can’t find it I will dig out the saved info I have on here and share

My first 3 cycles were Test E only. Stick with Test at around 500mg/wk until that stops working then look at adding compounds. Too much too soon I’m afraid, you’ll waste all tools before you’re even ready for them
