    I’m having this issue, just come off Deca & Dbol cycle, moving onto Test E & EQ. I’m not overly sweating but when I do, the ammonia/vinegar smell is so strong

    I always do Quad injections. Only other site I’ve used is Shoulders for a brief period of a few weeks then every pin started to hurt so I stopped using that site. Tickled a nerve once or twice out of about 6 cycles. Other than that, I find them to be fine for injections.

    I use 25G 1” pins for Quad injections. Helps me inject the oil slower

    I can confirm Magnus Pharma clen is decent. Supplement with Taurine, 5g every morning. Not sure about magnesium & potassium but should probably be supplementing your electrolytes if not getting enough from a restricted diet

    I often get the muscle ‘rippling’ you describe when running Clen. Supplementing with Taurine daily, keeping sodium levels and water intake high seems to help me. I also find eating bananas increases the cramps & rippling (maybes knocking potassium to sodium ratio off in my electrolytes? I’m not really sure). All anecdotal stuff that seems to help me, hope it can be of some help

    Thanks Mitch. I’ll focus on an extra hour in bed if I can. Curcumin is already taken daily. I’ll look into Ashwagandha. Saw that in a few of the CNS Blends online

    Anywhere between 250mg & 500mg i’ve kept the test dosage at for cutting. Anavar is a good oral to add in too, I saw great improvements in my physique starting with 25mg ed moving up to 50mg ed in the final week or two.

    Sibutramine & Clen were also in my last cut and the Sibutramine (@15mg ed) managed to completely lower my appetite where not eating wasn’t an issue, only resisting temptation was. The Clen made a noticeable difference to my heartrate as shown by my Fitbit. Kept that fairly low as well running it for 4 weeks with a week off then a final few weeks before ending my cut.

    Diet hasn’t changed. Reduced frequency of training to 4 days per week from 7 days and focused on a more JP/DY style routine.

    Only major difference is coming off of a long cycle of Test E (500mg/wk) with some Clen & Anavar towards the end. Sleep is improving due to cessation of the Clen but obviously recovery is difficult due to lowered Test.

    Just checking if there’s any supps specific for CNS recovery. There’s loads available online promising the earth but we know how much BS supplement companies often spew. If GH is the only available addition to my current regime that’ll help then I’ll just struggle through the next few weeks and do my best during my worst points. Thanks for the quick response

    Its quite difficult to source in the UK Jordan. All my links take me to order from the US. I should have prepared in advance of Clen use but Tesco’s own Sleep Aid seems to have worked ok for now
