See above mate. Frequency: 3 days at 100mcg, 3 days at 250mcg, remainder at 500mcg per day until desired ‘tan’ achieved and then i do it maybes once or twice a week.
If you’re doing it for primarily for libido and you’re not worried about tanning, simply take 250mcg-500mcg a few hours before you want it to kick in and it should have the desired effect.

It is yeah, but i think it was originally developed for ED, which it 100% works for haha. I find it better than Viagra/Cialis in my opinion. Plus, its taken my skin from burning under sunlight to going a decent colour.
Yeah, anxiety of it happening can also be a major factor in your ability to get it up.And I used SubQ injectable MT2. Don’t think you can get it as pills. You can dissolve it into a nasal spray though.

Yeah, I’ve taken the advice of showering before bed and keeping the room cool on a night (which always helps me sleep anyways) and this has helped massively.
Apologies Dr Dean, I had a look into it online and ‘hormonal changes’ was all that was mentioned. It did not go into detail on which hormones cause what and why unfortunately.

At times yeah, but it may be caused by Anxiety from not being able to perform. Which is a vicious circle. I suffered worst towards the back and of a long Deca cycle, which is common (Deca Dick). It upset my OH which led me to have anxiety about it, ultimately making it worse. Its not so much of an issue now, although it does play on my mind.
Melanotan 2 helps with my libido massively though

I can honestly say that my libido is lower than it used to be. Whether thats due to being a few years older, AAS use or a combination of the two, I can’t say. But its definitely calmed me down in that department

That depends on your training. Essentially start adding in extra carbs around your workout (pre, intra & post). But your fats are hellishly low on training days. Simply increasing those to the same as rest days would bring some calories up

I always find I underestimate when eyeballing things. But often have to do it when eating in restaurants, as I’m sure we all do.
But if you’re conditioned to eating certain types of meals (chicken, rice, some sauce eg) then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t know if 100g chicken and 250g rice meet your body’s needs. Fine for offseason or generally keeping mass when not competing I’d say

If I was you mate, I’d push up and monitor every 4 weeks for where your Bodyfat % is (as well as checking the mirror at those points/taking progress photos). When you deem yourself as getting ‘too fluffy’, aim for a 2-4 week cut to get you back to your desired leanness and then repeat the above for your bulk.
A long calorie surplus for 18 months will need a few tidy-ups along the way, or you’re likely to see tissue gain slow and fat gain do the opposite

Also, for clarity haha, I shower every single day. This isn’t a personal hygiene thing, it happens when I sweat in bed and possibly due to it lying there for a while

Nothing to do with compounds then @drdeanstmart ? Showering with Sanex from now on. Bodyscrubber used everytime I shower so no need to worry about missing anywhere. Thanks for the help.
EDIT: just found this article on it that is giving me some info about possible causes (ie change of diet, hormonal imbalance). It could easily be one of either of those (I’ve recently went from restricting calories to getting in an excess as well as changing AAS compounds).

My first cycle was 500mg Test E for 12 weeks and I threw on 20lbs+ easy.
I’ve done a combination of Test E & Deca in the past for a period of 20 weeks but found that, past the 10 week mark, my libido suffered. I’ve also done a 10 week cycle of 20mg Dbol ED & 240mg Deca E3D for 10 weeks and found this a sweet spot for me.

Last time I did it I started at 20 ED and moved to 40 ED after about a week. Kept on that dose for about 5 weeks and my Resting Heart Rate went up by around 20-25bpm. It only started to dip in the last week, so the effects of 40mcg were still really good.
I have done 2 weeks on/2 weeks off in the past and got up to 100mcg (tapering up every 3 days). But in future I’m just going to stick to a low dose over a longer period
