Ok, thanks for the replies lads. The Test used is the same brand but it could be a dodgy batch of the EQ.
I had googled the EQ rash to find a few others on various forums reporting the same thing. Thats the only reason I thought it could be down to the compound itself and its interaction with some users. I’ll see what the docs say today and take it from there. Might not be AAS related at all but this forum would be the place to find out, as most Docs have very little knowledge on AAS compounds other than the obvious hazards of abusing them (and even then they don’t understand much about Trensomnia for example)

@drdeanstmart do you think the EQ could be to blame? Going to the docs today to get a possible diagnosis from them. If it doesn’t improve following that, I’ll drop the EQ and see if it improves from there

I currently take:
Omega 3 (Puori)
Curcumin (Life Extension)
Multi-Vit & Minerals (Sci-Tec Mega Daily Plus)
SupportMax (Strom Sports) – this has NAC, Tudca, Citrus Bergamot, CQ10 and moreI also take Kodiak Coma for sleeping, as I’ve found it to increase my Deep sleep to at least 1hr 20mins every night which is great when you don’t sleep more than 6hrs a normal night

Surprised no-one has said yet but stay away from ‘natural fat burner supplements’. They’re a waste of time in my opinion. Sibutramine is a good alternative to clen, its an appetite suppressant which really curbs hunger when taken first thing on a morning. Helps when reducing calories to that low point where cravings get unmanageable. I choose that over clen these days because it doesn’t have the sides that clen does. But if using clen, as everyone has said, start with 20mcg and track resting heart rate, it should raise quite high on clen. Don’t increase the clen until you start to see your resting heart rate dip, you’d be surprised how long you can stay on 20-40mcg before you have to increase the dosage

About 8-10 weeks following the end of the cut and towards the end of the PCT

I PCT’ed following Dr Dean’s protocol of 5 weeks then bloods then SERM treatment (had HCG on hand but did not need it looking at bloods).
Like I say, likely a combination of low calories (no energy) and androgen use. I literally had very little energy left to mentally do much in the evening (as I trained AM & work construction till 5/6pm). When it come to the evening, I was beat to shit and when the missus was climbing all over me I could barely keep my eyes open let alone anything else haha. Sure we’ve all been there. Mentally I wanted to but physically couldn’t

I use Adidas wrestling/boxing shoes. Can get them from Amazon for £45. Black with white adidas stripes. Completely flat sole, no padding and good grip. I wear them for the gym and nothing else, regardless of what I’m training. They’ll be similar to otomix/ryder/converse but with a low pricetag. I’ll tag a link in a sec
Edit: link as promised
Adidas Unisex Adults’ AQ3325 Wrestling Shoes, (Black), 10.5 UK 45 1/3 EU https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01GQA0C7I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_FLzOCb1CCRKJ7
Glad to see I’m not the only one wearing these haha. These are so light it feels like you’re barefoot to be honest

This is why everyone comes to you Dean, you have a range of answers when it comes to questions. I’ve probably suffered from all 3 at some point if I’m honest.

I assume you’ve bounced back since suffering from all 3?[/quote]
Yeah Phil, I’m ok now. Sometimes psych myself out when it comes to it haha. But generally all good. I do think it was a combination of androgens and calorie restriction (ie no energy) when I really saw myself unable to perform. Not even MT2 could help then (trust me, I tried with some higher dosages and I still struggled)

First I’ve heard Nev. I only have half a pack of micro rice when I have it and my gut never struggles to digest that amount.
I do struggle to eat reheated rice I’ve cooked myself though, but likely due to flavour and consistency. Not sure about digestion

Used these a while ago and very good supplier. No issues with them

I ate 10 whole eggs per day for about a year when I first got into bodybuilding. Had bloods done and no effect on cholesterol in my bloods. Dietary cholesterol has little effect on blood cholesterol from what I’ve seen.

My intra shake is generally: 14g EAA’s (I use Supplement Needs Intra EAA+) & 25g Carb Powder (DemoDay by Axe & Sledge) mixed into 1.9L water and with 5g Creatine added. Seems to work well for pump & hydration aspects and doesn’t negatively affect my gut, which I’ve found Karbolyn (MyProtein) often did.

I understand an airfryer being a more convenient and better way of cooking various things but 2 minutes in a microwave with some Uncle Ben’s in a flavour/style you enjoy (and is consistent) or messing on with uncooked rice, correct quants of water, working out what spices and how much and then waiting for the thing to cook?
I’m happy with waiting 2 mins haha. But each to their own. Mine’s the most convenient for my life (working on construction sites means more microwaves available than cooking space). And i hate reheated rice that I’ve cooked myself (from past experience). I do enjoy air fryed chips though!
