James, cycle looks spot on. I’d maybes even go to say you could lower the Test to 1 shot @ 200mg per week and still see great results (as first cycle).
If it was me re-doing my first cycle (which was basically what you posted above minus the HCG), I would lower to 200mg per week and extend to 16/20 weeks. Assuming this is a bulk, I’d shoot for 12-16 weeks of gaining weight with a 4 week tidy up to finish (whilst still having plenty of Test in system so you can diet without losing any of your hard work). I’d then finish the 4 week tidy-up and continue to eat in a surplus to help hold those gains in the 4 weeks post cycle.
I managed to hold onto my progress by keeping calories high post-cycle. Good luck with it, you’re likely to be amazed at the progress.

Onyx Superbulk 600 had me crippled after every shot. Probably because it was super concentrated gear (600mg/ml of 3 Test esters all dosed at 200mg each). Wouldn’t use them again just out of fear.
SIS Labs a few of my close friends have tried and fed back a similar report of being crippled post jab.
D4Net is the best UGL I’ve used so far. I’ve also tried Cooper Pharma and Bayer Pharma test and both were smooth and painless. Sticking with D4Net for now though

Have same heartburn issue with dbol. No good for me. Var was ok though. Going to try that MK677 now you’ve mentioned about appetite increase, could be majorly helpful during mass phases for me

Good shout Jack. I’ll give that a go next time I’m stuck. Hopefully a bit forward planning with the Carb & Juice means I shouldn’t be in that situation again.
Bagels and jam is a staple pwo combo but sometimes I’m just not feeling a sweet at the end of the day, especially piled on top of other sweet stuff. That shake is a good shout though

MemberSeptember 4, 2017 at 10:41 pm in reply to: adding additional calories for gaining muscle.Best advice for this is to weigh yourself upon waking (and emptying) every morning. First thing. Track your weight each day and if you aren’t gaining 0.1-0.3lb per day, or worse you’re losing weight, increase cals to suit. There can be minir fluctuations in weight each day and even throughout the day, but its good to keep an eye on.
Obviously, if you’re not gaining at the rate you want, increase cals again until you’re satisfied. Only the weight change can tell you if what you’re doing is enough

Thanks for the very detailed suggestions Jack. Few things to take from that (currently already chow back Krispy Squares and also struggle with rice intake).
Mort, the 30-40g Protein with my final meal is just to hit my 300g Protein intake for the day. Its sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less, it just depends exactly how much meat i’ve had that day. But i understand your point mate.
And thanks jdh, love a few haribo!
Haven’t done too bad today, with it being a rest day. Added in 3 juice drinks with 50g Maltodextrin with 3 meals. Seems to help a lot. The real test is tomorrow for my Upper session. Might increase the Malto to 75g per serving and carb up on the krispy squares

☝????☝????☝???? basically.
An injectable cycle can be ran for longer and with much milder sides. A typical first cycle could easily be 250mg Test E/C for 12-20 weeks.
My first cycle was 500mg Test E for 12 weeks which I kickstarted with Dbol at 50mg per workout for the first 6 weeks. If I had to do it again, I’d just do a lower injectable over a longer period because, even though I gained a ton of bodyweight, I also incurred a lot of fat gain.
There’s only so much muscle you can put on at a certain rate, unless using GH & Slin I believe. So first cycle you may as well keep it low, keep it mild, try to minimise using any Estrogen blockers (aromasin, arimidex etc.) to not have any impact on your lipid profiles (cholesterol). And focus on training and nutrition and understand that, even at 250mg per week, the injectable test is more than triple your weekly natural dose of test.
You’ll recover faster and your food will be better utilised so just really hone in on working hard in the gym and eating lots and well. You’ll see great results from that one injection per week and your liver will thank you for it

Norditropin and other growth hormones (+ slin and peptides) are usually taken Subcutaneously. The normal area for this is in the fat around your abs. A quick google/youtube search will provide a demonstration.
SubQ injections are really really easy, nothing like intramuscular ones which can quite easily go wrong. Very often you won’t feel a SubQ injection. I have no real experience with GH so can’t help with protocol etc. But I’m speaking from experience of using MT2 Subcutaneously. That shit is great by the way!

Have a look at JP’s preworkout video. I always take a multivitamin to make sure I’m covered but, tbh, I eat that much when adding weight that it is probably unnecessary. They’re cheap though, so I leave them in

My first cycle was 500mg Test E per week for 12 weeks + 50mg Dbol preworkout for first 6 weeks as a kickstart. Gained a solid 20lbs of weight, came off and held on to most of it.
It was a bulk cycle and calories were getting stupidly high, I gained a lot of fat following that, but everyone noticed a massive difference.
If I was to redo my first cycle, I’d probably go with 250mg Test E per week for 16-20 weeks and skip the Dbol. Less stress on liver and just as effective.
Also, I would keep diet a lot cleaner and consume majority of my carbs postworkout. Older and wiser though ey?

330 is g2g. Definitely a good product. Never tried rohm or sphinx to compare

Why do you start with Lower then Upper? I’m sure JP outlines Upper then Lower, as you won’t be as fatigued on your Lower day following an Upper day compared to Lower then Upper.
Thats why JP outlines not doing more than one Bent-over rowing movement during your Upper day as we don’t want to fry our lower back & take away from our Lower day (Squatting movements etc.).
I’d maybe try swapping your order and seeing if that helps?

Typically keep training in the exact same manner regardless. Reps only increase during a deload week. Not sure on Sets during deload week. I’d probably increase those to 4 sets but the same exercises
