Just laughed really hard at your Leg Chaffing video JP:
“I wear flip flops all the time because I just can’t be bothered to deal with putting on socks or shoes. That’s real fucking effort!”
Hahaha absolutely killed me that. A guy who can Hack Squat 9 plates a side feels that socks are such a chore! Great content, love to see more of those random vids alongside your more serious ones.

Hi James, just in response to letting your heart rate stabilise between sets. Is this something you monitor using something like a fitbit/apple watch etc. or just by feeling your heart rate slow?

If you monitor it, is there a certain range you would go for? Often I set 60 second rest times via fitlist for between sets but then I might be returning dumbbells to the rack or changing plates up, in other words… not resting. Just wondering if this could hinder my sets to some degree (i’m assuming so).

Too true Dean! 27G’s to my shoulders or vastus lateralis for me. But majority of guys I know personally do Glute injections. And yeah, the finger prick did not work for me at all

I’m afraid of letting THEM take a blood sample Dean, never mind a DIY job hahaha

Finger prick test from Medichecks was a no-go for me. Had to go in to give a sample. Quick and easy through them though. Had bloods from the docs but don’t tell you your test levels or anything, just checked my liver & kidneys

Looks good. Low carbs during the non-training periods of your day and higher fats. High carbs post & post-post. Low carb & higher fats before bed.

I wish I had your patience of trying to build slowly! Good luck

I also ran out of whey powder at one point and had 6 bottles of egg whites i wasn’t using so started using that in place of the powder. Worked a charm

It seemed to work for me. When increasing from 12st > 15st I put it down to a major increase in egg intake (4 raw eggs with my shake first thing, 3 cooked eggs late afternoon and 3 or 4 with my post workout shake).

Thanks guys, to add to this, is it wise to run Test as the highest compound or would a base of 250mg be ok to run with? Would it depend upon the compounds used (and their anabolic:androgenic ratio)?

I’m tapering off 20mcg per day till down to 40mcg last day. I’ve asked this question before and people have said its best to taper off

Its amazing how many people have commented on that article in disbelief at the fitness industry on Instagram probably all being on Steroids. How can someone at 5’8″ be around 200lbs at 6-8% bodyfat year round naturally?! Some people are so naïve ????

Thank you Haydn. I like how you’ve structured your training and prioritise your delts. I currently follow JP’s beginner protocol of:
    Quads>Hams>Calves>Chest>Shoulder Press>Lat Width>Back Thickness>Side Delt>Triceps>Biceps

But this gives me good ground to bring Side Delts to the first exercise (as they aren’t too taxing on my CNS) and really aim to force an adaptation before completing the rest of my routine.

I may possible start with Side Delts and continue my routine as normal with the Side Delts still 3rd from last Exercise and just do a variation of them. Again, thanks for the response ????????
