    Alcohol lowers your natural test levels, you are supplementing with Exogenous Test, so alcohol will not harm this.

    However, all alcohol has calories and, if its a cutting cycle, this could harm your progress. But we all have days we slip up and then we get right back on track so I really would not sweat it. Liver should be fine as well as you are running a much less liver straining compound (being an injectable). If you were supplementing with an oral, then no booze allowed is the rule I follow

    Just to hijack this thread, I didn’t hear JP mention a minimum dosage you should be looking for in your Curcumin supplementation. Any help with this? Got some ‘12000mg’ capsules (200mg of 60:1 extract it states, so could mean 200mg of Curcumin) with added Bioperine.

    Would 1 a day (AM) be enough or should I shoot for more?

    Wake up:
    Caffeine tablet (200mg)
    120mg Clen
    3 fish oil
    1 multivitamin

    Eat something light (on a cut)

    Work

    Anavar will come in after my meal has had plenty of time to digest and then again pre-workout

    This is due to change when I’m working closer to home again and is somewhat different to my weekend routine. Supps will also change when switching from a cutting routine to a bulking routine.

    It also obviously depends on whether you’re enhanced or not. The rate at which you can grow muscle will largely depend on you being a natural lifter or an enhanced one, as will how much you can eat without storing fat.

    If you’re a natural lifter, as William has stated, push your food up slowly and respond to your body. The same goes if you’re enhanced but you’ll find that food can usually be pushed up a lot quicker and, in turn, muscle mass will increase quicker

    Think that might be the one I’m explaining too Christoph. I’ve labelled it as ‘Seated Triceps Press’ in my logbook. Such a great exercise for pushing up your numbers and you can really feel the fibres giving way during the exercise if you’re strict with elbows tucked in tight

    Both skullcrushers and overhead tricep extensions are isolation exercises (as they only involve movement of one joint).

    I tend to opt for a chest press machine with a close-grip, this seems to work well and I can progress my lifts each time (pin-loaded). However, not all gyms have the chest press machine that has handles suited for this grip, as I’ve found out recently training at gyms when working away from home. But dips, machine dips, close-grip barbell bench, close-grip dumbbell bench and even close-grip press-ups are great compound exercises for your triceps. I utilise these in my rotations.

    Smith Machine is my go-to replacement. Not the same angle but the weight is still in a controlled plane like the Hack

    A quick question to add to the Anavar dosing.

    Been taking this preworkout since I got my hands on some but have since started working away, so have changed from training everyday (sometimes twice a day) on a bodypart-type split, to a 3 day full-body split (as per JP’s advice for those starting to follow his routine).

    Do I dose the Anavar only pre-workout still (3 times a week) or do I dose everyday? I know it only has a 4-5 hour halflife, so dosing everyday doesn’t make sense to me.

    I am also running Test alongside this as a base substance during this cut

    Used Onyx’s Superbulk 600 and managed to go 5 pins with it before having to stop. I couldn’t walk the gear was that bad. I assume it was because it was a high concentration oil, hopefully not because it was unhygienically made.

    Be nice to know how you get on with their gear, after my poor experience.

    I’ve never ran anything other than Test personally (alongside an oral). But I have close friends who often run a rip blend of TMT and it always adds immense lean mass to their frame. I just wouldn’t recommend doing it for your first few cycles (hence why I’ve never ran a rip blend)
