Ok so would you say taper down 20mcg per day and finish on 40mcg or a slower taper?

If you can cruise to maintain muscle mass, I’d probably drop to a cruise. If you are cycling on/off, I would remain on-cycle personally to ensure I did not lose any muscle mass or at least drop down to a cruising dose and then kick start a proper cycle when healed.

Being on cycle can only improve your injury rather than hinder it (assuming its Test base)

    Just my personal opinion

Quick one: I’ll be tapering the Clen up every 4-5 days (as per JP’s vid on Clenbuterol) but is it advisable to taper off? There was no mention of this in the video and it seems as though, if the receptors naturally down-regulate, this might be unnecessary?

Looking at running Clen for a little over 5 weeks continuously before stopping altogether

Thanks very much lads. I’ll give the Clen a try first thing starting out and see how I respond. Used it once before and the shakes were a bit overbearing.

Var I will dose accordingly Pre Workout

I tend to park my arse on a static bike in the gym and they usually have Top Gear or similar showing on a tv screen. Helps pass the time. Failing that (and to get away from the often awful music in the gym), I stick my headphones in and listen to a favourite playlist or watch youtube videos (normally about bodybuilding) to take my mind off the work

Dean, would you do one cycle of those, have a break of say 15-30 mins and go back and do more? Or would 5×15 be your HIIT session complete?

Just watched BP’s video on HIIT & LISS Cardio. Good info there. Thanks for this thread everyone

Thank you Corinne. That’s my PWO cardio binned. Do you suggest doing cardio on rest days away from workouts as best practice then? Get the heart rate elevated from the cardio to help burn the fat

I use Fitlist which is a handy app on the iPhone. Saves all your last sets (if you turn that setting on) and you can add rest times and plan sets on there. If you upgrade for a couple £ you also get to save more than 2 workouts. I’ve currently got A, B, C, D workouts for every session saved so I repeat the same things and try to beat my logbook each time.

Only drawback is if you let your battery die, your logbook dies with it. But if you can keep your phone above 30% before every session, you’re golden.

Good luck any way you set it up

Not sure their use during the growth/bulk phase but during a cut phase I’d imagine solid food would keep you full for longer (due to your body having to break it down into liquid)

Ah, I’ve been looking at adding Var into the end of this Cut Cycle for 4-5 weeks. I doubt an addition of Var will make me Frank McGrath though ha. Only one way to find out!

Ok, thanks for the response. I sort of understand the Vascularity that occurs due to low bodyfat/drying out before a show. Was just wondering how to minimise the potential to get crazy with it haha

    Thanks again for the reply

I have heard that Vitamin B12 in high doses had positive results for one Physique Competitor I know. Said it helped him drop that little bit of stubborn fat over his abs leading up to his show (he started around 4 weeks out).

He did mention a lot of tingling in his hands occured using this and said that it isn’t advisable taking such a high dose (can’t remember the dose sorry). But surely can’t be any worse than Clen/T3/Ephedrine?

Worth looking into though if you’re still stressing?

Good luck with your show mate!
