Depending on where you’re injecting will determine the size of the needle. Also, your bodyfat %
I use Orange 3/4” needles for Quad (Vastus Lateralis) injections and Yellow 1/2” needles for Delt injections. I’ve never injected Glutes but Blue 1 & 1/2” needles seem to be the go-to for that area from what I’m told.
How many depends on the amount of injections you’re going to be doing. If you’re injecting twice per week (with it being Test E) for 12 weeks: 12 x 2 = 24 needles for injecting.
However, you will need needles to draw from the vials/amps. I tend to use Green needles for these (bigger gauge needle so oil draws easier).
As for where you buy them. I use medisupplies .co.uk or amazon/ebay.
I always use detachable needles and use 2 or 2.5ml barrels (which you attach the needle to) for my quad injections and 1ml insulin barrels (without needles) for delt injections and i only inject 0.5ml per delt injection (so need twice as many needles & barrels for delts. Don’t try to use a yellow needle with a normal 2-2.5ml barrel, it just doesn’t get the oil through it.
I also heat the oil by putting the vial in a small tub/cup/bowl with some boiling water in the bottom. This makes the oil nice and thin and easier to draw & inject. With the colder weather coming in, the heating will be going back on soon so i’ll skip this and just leave my vials on the radiatior for 10 mins before injecting.
Make sure you buy a sharps bin to go with everything and put all your needles & barrels in there. To properly dispose of these sharps bins when they’re full, you’ll have to pop into your local needle exchange (google) and hand them in.
Never inject with the same needle you draw with, as the rubber top on the vial blunts the needle and you don’t want to be trying to push a blunt needle into your body.
Good luck and let me know if you need any more info

Yeah, I also keep away from blends and highly dosed gear. Any test above 330mg/ml seems to give me trouble

Yeah, I get the same if I use it concurrently. I save it for the night before rest days for that reason

Couple of supps that have helped me sleep are:
Kodiak Coma
Redcon1 Fade OutBoth great at helping put me to sleep and keep me there. Tried with other members of the fam who have struggled with being light sleepers and said they never roused once. They are untrained so it seems to work for all. I don’t use these every night though, mainly use them the night before a rest day to maximise sleep when I’m not up early to train. Works well

You can monitor your health with the blood work but it will give you no indication with the health risks to the heart.
Saying that AAS use didn’t play a factor in his death is ludicrous.
That is not what they said. They said pushing hard with everything is what sped up and caused his untimely death. Sitting at a lower weight on less drugs and not pushing food would have lowered his chance of dying so early.
Nobody said anywhere that drugs weren’t to blame, they just said they weren’t SOLELY to blame.
Its been like a month since the last post, why is this still being brought up? Its done. RIP Matt Porter

Could also be the test prop depending on the brand. Some are better than others. Do you warm the oil up before injecting? I tend to sit my vials in a bowl of boiling water from the kettle for 5-10 mins before drawing into the syringe. Helps smooth out the oil which has helped with some smooth injections for me. PIP is the worst though. Hopefully you figure out the cause & solution, nothing worse than trying to train an inflammed area!

What are you injecting? Compound? Dosage of said compound on the label?
Compounds that have higher than average dosages tend to cause more pip as the amount of oil can’t fully dissolve it, leaving you with pain as the ester is cleaved off. Certain compounds are renowned for causing pain as well

They saw me doing 2 reps each set and when I explained they were just warm-ups to my top set, he watched and thought it was pretty crazy. He never copied but didn’t say I was wrong for it. Don’t let it de-rail you though, as there are 100 ways to skin a cat, not everyone will believe yours is the correct way for them

Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier is a good resource for exercise technique and injury prevention. Not sure if its what you’re after with Body Mechanics but it is definitely a great training resource.

Totally depends on where your physique is currently at. Beginner level: Full Body 3x per week; Intermediate: Upper/Lower leading into PPL when you feel you need more concentrated work.
I switched back from Upper/Lower to Full Body thinking I still had something to gain from Full Body workouts and switched back when I realised I was going backwards. Still feel I have a lot to get out of Upper/Lower though and I’m about 4 years in, so it all comes down to your current level and how quickly your physique adapts

MemberJune 12, 2019 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Timing Considerations for Blood work post cycleDean, I’m looking at dropping to a cruise dose after a lengthy cycle (24 weeks) and getting bloods done to check health.
Should I get them done before I finish this blast and then another towards the end of the cruise to see how my health markers have improved before blasting again?
Or would it be best to wait a certain amount of time into the cruise (once levels have dipped to cruise levels) and get them checked then?Insta: @deanharveyam

I’d probably say no more than 125mg to be honest. And thats a fairly high cruise. Saying no more than 250mg could mean 200mg is fine and its not what i’d consider a cruise

No. Other than higher blood pressure
