What would be the number 1 supps to avoid this happening mate? I’m guessing vitamin K2 for the arterial plaque and making sure ldl cholesterol is in check plus no more than 250mg test a week for a cruise?

    Cheers

250mg/wk of test is not a cruise dose. Your body would produce between 70-100mg per week of natural testosterone. That is the level of a cruise dose. 250mg is a low blast, 2.5x a natural person’s levels

Used Onyx Super Test (200mg of 3 different test esters = 600mg total). Couldn’t pin it the pip was so bad. But thats what you get with overdosed gear per ml.

Didn’t try anything else from them but learnt from my mistake

I’ve only recently found out but it is 100x faster than backloading an insulin syringe but so much nicer to pin with (other than their awkward length! Haha)

Yeah, thats the plan. I’m going to have a word with the supplier and see what ingredients have been added since the last batch and chalk it down to the addition of one of those.

Thanks to everyone for their responses. Its much appreciated

Just an update: used 1/2 a scoop of MVPre and had the same problem mid-workout.

It could be due to the combination of Beta Alanine & Caffeine as Dan said. Do you know why this happens Dan?

It can’t just be the caffeine because I had a full serving of Prepare and didn’t have this issue, and that has more caffeine than half a scoop of MVPre ????????‍♂️

For the meantime, it’ll just get dropped. Just handy to know the root cause

Yeah, thats why its currently being dropped. I definitely don’t need it to train, I just get myself in a clear focused state, better than anything else I’ve ever had. It also helps shake the tiredness and brain fog from waking up so early to train.

But I agree, nothing is worth sacrificing digestion. My focus is still ok on Prepare, just different

I notice no difference when using them. Tried a few brands to no avail. I do rate Creatine at every meal though. I do 1-2g but add 5g to pre, intra & post. I use Creapure for it. Helps me maintain a pumped feeling for a lot longer.

Still using a GDA with my postworkout meal because they’re on hand but won’t be buying any more when these are finished

same thing happens to me. try backloading an insulin needle and shooting it in your delt. tren cough went from occurring 90% of injection down to maybe 10% using this injection method

I’m not sure i understand what your saying ? [/quote]

Buy Insulin Syringes without the Needles and buy some Grey or Yellow needles for them (29G or 30G) then use those to inject a different muscle (such as your Shoulders).

Apparently it has helped reduce the occurrence for him from 90% of jabs to only 10% of jabs done in a different area.

Yeah, thats why I swapped it out for Prepare to get away from those issues pre-training. Such a shame because I love the mental focus & clarity I get from MVPre, its been better than any other product I’ve tried, but looks like I’ll have to lower the dose or switch completely ????

I may try again with food on my stomach if I get a day where I’m training a little later than usual and see where I stand

Yep, but they have just reformulated it, taking out ingredients that aren’t legal in the EU so that they could sell it here and it didn’t happen with the old formula (same caffeine dose).

Because that was my initial thought: caffeine content. I may try half a scoop tomorrow and see if that still gives me similar symptoms.

For mental focus, would I be better with Modafinil and a pump product do you think?

Also, I train fasted on a morning (except my Intra workout EAA’s & Carbs) so I know its not food because it happens prior to ingestion of my Intra.

I’ve used both Deca in the offseason and during a cutting phase and found it effective for both. I was worried about the ‘wateryness’ of Deca when cutting but actually found it to work really well.

As for Tren E, tried it and at the 6 week mark when it was beginning to peak, I started getting large lumps under the skin on my back that were horrifically sore to the touch. So I dropped it and likely won’t touch tren again. Didn’t experience the insomnia but did experience the night sweats in my short time on it.

I’ll be sticking with Test, Deca, Dbol & Anavar as my go-to compounds in the future. They all seem to work really well for me

As Dr Dean said, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) causes the colouration of your urine as your kidneys get rid of the excess

Also cardio is a good thing for your joint health, beside on the other positive aspects. Cardio helps build new synovial fluid (the fluid in your joints) which leads to improved protection for your cartilage ????

Learned this from my physio, but due to my problems with my knees, this works wonders ????????????????

  • Blue’s are a big needle for Delts I’d say. I’ve used orange and struggle with those when it comes to Delts. Since swapped to 30G yellows and insulin syringes without the needles to make it easier to fill (using greens) and can inject them no problem now.

Dbol is your ticket then. Well done for getting pre-cycle bloods, something a lot of people start off without
