All meals in early and I’ll be hitting my last meal In the next 45 mins then an early night ready to absolutely destroy the delt session tomorrow. Feeling fantastic at the minute and really enjoying training. After prep and a few months after I found myself not enjoying training for the first time but since I linked up with Jordan he understands where I want to be and most importantly give me the best chance to get there. It a long road but I’m on the right road non the less.
However I have lost my phone so if anyone tries to contact me you won’t get a response until I find it again… if I find it

So that’s today’s session for me and it goes
3 x cable lateral
Atlantis shoulder press x 2
Cable tricep cross over x 1
Dips x 2
Jm press in the smith x 2
Decline cable fly x 3
Overhead DB extension x 2
Prime cable lateral x 4
So the jm press even and dips even though tri focus they hit chest and then the decline cable fly focusing solely on squeezing the shot out of the exercise in the short position

Thanks @hilly just done a couple of shots im not a good poser and bear in mind I was very over weight for alot of years so I have damaged my body, advice would be appreciated as I’m just trying to get as good as I can look and get more balance

Thanks for the reply @hilly if I go into a bit more detail im a non competitive bodybuilder so in my earlier years of training I messed around with legs upper body was trained so much better, probably the first 5 years of training, so legs got behind, last 3 years I have been so accurate intense connection everything has been done like you have said, legs are growing the same rate as upper body, but my thoughts were to decrease frequency on upper and increase frequency on legs to catch up, do you think that I just need to keep pushing and hope it catches up or would what I suggest help me out a bit more?

Kuba so the plan is to obviously grow everywhere, but the change is extra glute and hamstring on pull day, is that on both pull sessions and is that why the split has moved around slightly for recovery of that specifically?
Yes not only that, when I get strong with pressing I feel like it affects my pull sessions the following day.
For me individually I feel like having push away from pull will not only improve pull but push work too

Cheers for reply guys yes using SG 150ml I new there was going to be more pip on what I read beforehand, but didn’t anticipate it being this bad, it feels like Russian roulette at the moment 3 good injections no issues then I have one that cripples me haha, I will persist and see the results it gives me, apart from heat pack is there any good ways of recovering from the pip?
