    Hi Kuba im in my off season my bodyweight is going up by 400-500 gr. per week. Im on 450 Test E and 450 EQ but the progress in the gym is very slow. For exaple i get 1 rep up on exercises in 2,3 weeks the progress in not consistent. Is it possible that my volume is too much and i cant recover from that. Doing Push,pull, legs, push b, pull b, rest and repeat. i have 16 working sets for chest per week, 14 for back, quads 7 sets, hams 5, 3 glutes. Side delts 6 and rear delts 6 sets. Training to absolute failure and taking deloads every 5th week. Bodyweight is 81 kg and im 23 years old. Priority is my chest and Back. My arms and shoulders are dominant. Also have 9 sets for biceps and 8 sets for tricep per week. Sleep is around 6-7 hours, my usally steps count for the day is arround 13000-17000 sometimes i can hit 20000 steps per day.

    Thank you for the answers. I feel great pump in the gym is amazing, aslo blood pressure is 120/60 heart rate is around 50-55 beats per min at 80 kg so i think to keep it that way for now.

    Also about the omega I’m taking Omega 3 Ultra Now in one caps i have 500 EPA, 250 DHA. I take 5 daily

    My LDL is 1.24. All the time my LDL is low doesn’t matter how high is my anabolic stack. Last time i was on 840 mg per week. 240 test, 400 mast and 200 primo and my LDL was around 1.40. Thank you for the answers guys i appreciate it.

    Thank you Nathan for the answer. Me personally think to go cold turkey,completely off everything but we will do it after few years. Now it’s time to push my self and grow.

    Thank you for all the answers i will try with sucralose because i tried stevia and it takes like iron it’s awful. Usually im putting sweetners in 2 meals one in my rice because i like it sweet and in my oats.

    Also my salt intake is 12 gr. From pink Himalayan Salt. From micronutrients eating around 500 gr. Of fruits per day and around 300 gr. Of vegg

    Currently I’m doing 4×20 times per week stairs staying beetwen 140-160 heart rate. Also taking potassium supplement 1000 mg per day,hydration is around 5,6 litters of water. My steps are always above 10000. For health supplements im taking: Omega 3 Epa,Dha 3700 gr. Coenzyme q10 200 mg. Red yeast 1500 mg. Garlic extract at 2000 mg. Magnesium bisglycinate 750 mg elemental. 2 gr. Taurine. Vitamin D3 5000 IU, K2 200 mcg. Multivitamine. Should i add something else except TBjp health supplements?
