thankyou for the responses, taking all these comments on board and being sensible with weighing every day and monitoring performance in the gym etc,
I also find this is the case peter, have to be more on the ball and strong willed coming out of a diet phase thats for sure!!
especially when you have a sweet tooth, luckily the TBJP curbs that hunger with the amount of flavours haha

How does this food digest? How are your energy levels, performance, sleep? What’s the goal right now? On paper this looks ok, but it’s down to how you feel and respond to it that matters.
I don’t know if you’re including veg in your meals, but if not then I definitely would for the micro nutrient and fibre benefits.
If you have a different diet for your rest day, then maybe look to including some oily fish or lean beef for variety and further nutrients.
You could have 5 meals instead of snacking, but yoghurt or a quality protein bar can still be used with a meal.
Yes this digests very well, energy is good and the goal is to lose body fat
I really do need to add more greens and I did try red meat but had digestive issues!
And yes I didn’t know if a yoghurt and protein bar could be classed as a “meal” as such but it’s nice to have something sweet

What are your goals? Current body composition?
Lose body fat whilst holding on to muscle, I’m already 11kg down body fat still quite high I wouldn’t know percentage wise

Sports/ deep tissue massage isn’t meant to be comfortable due to the nature of the massage!
Pain could of been from knotted tissue and tightness.
It will get better if you get treatment often.

It was on this forum down below but I’ve copied JPs response for you to look at:
“300mg will give 90 ish , 150mg 45 ish , 75mg 22ish . These numbers vary based more when bloods are drawn relative to your shot “

Hey so it’s all super person dependant.
I have some clients who nap for a little before there night shift work to mean they don’t have to eat any extra due to time up being no different or just slightly different.
Other we have a buffer meal which is set based on their current set up (offseaon / prep) just to help whislt they are up for longer
