Hi Kuba hope you’re well and dieting phase is going good, the gym I sometimes have to train at has copy machines of hammer strength but with completely diffferent loading profiles. I normally just crack on, but these machines get really heavy in the lockout point of a lift right when you’re about to contract. Is this a good thing? Or would you recommend not using them and doing more free weights instead? Thank you!

Hi Kuba, regarding GDA’s and insure specifically in this case, if someone is on a high amount of carbs at what point is too many doses per day? For example if using in 3 meals per day (not pre and post meals) and there is over 150g carbs in each, that could mean reaching a total of 300g of berberine in the case if using insure. What is the highest amount of full doses of insure (3 tabs) you reached at peak off season? Thank you!

Hi Kuba, in your opinion what are the main benefits of lowering GH dose during a maintenance/cruise phase? For example going from 5iu to 2.5iu for the cruise phase, as opposed to staying on 5iu the whole time. Thank you sir!

Hey man thanks bro… Well I guess you can define a cruise as a dose that sits you within natural range or there abouts. Mine isn’t really a cruise, it’s more of a bridging ‘cycle’ between a high off season and then prep. But I need a break to resensitise so need to come down. I’ll be doing 300 test and 300 mast. For about a month then bloods then into prep 🙏[/quote]

Hi Kuba, if one were to want to introduce a low dose of tren (50-100mg) alongside test and primo levels that had estrogen in a good place, what precautions could they take to stop prolactin and progesterone from rising with the addition of tren? Thank you sir

Diet / PED’s update
Food is similar, just added other options I use sometimes.
PED’s are the same. Thinking if swapping from masteron to equipoise soon. And adding anadrol in. But I’ll see how I feel / look
Pre- 4 eggs, 2 sc whey, 100g oats, 1 banana, 2 slice toast, 250ml orange juice
Train
350g cooked steak, 350g rice OR bagels w jam
350g chicken, 350g rice OR whey meal
350g beef, 350g pasta OR 400g potato fries
2 sc whey, 100g oats, 1 banana, 20g nut butter OR 100g cereal with full fat milk
High days
-1 training day mid week 800-1000g carb day with 2 shots insulin pre and post (10iu)
-Sunday full cheat day what ever I want
Cardio-
2 x 10 min dog walks
Cycle
800 test E weekly
300 mast e weekly
0.5mg arimidex 3 x weekly
1.8iu gh before bed
Split (usually)
Back & abs
Chest & calves
Rest
Legs
Delts & traps
Arms & calves
Rest

Hi Kuba, regarding Gh how long for a minimum would you say one should stay on a certain dose before thinking of increasing? Let’s say someone is on 4iu, after how many months or say years would an increase to then 5iu be reasonable? If all other factors like financial, risks etc are all taken into account. Thanks!
Personally it comes down to development, if you haven’t built a ton of size on 4 iu with other protocols in place I would be looking at what needs addressing as 4 iu is where I’d expect significant progress
