It doesn’t look bad. Keep in mind that’s an automated tool. So it may not be exactly what you needed but it’s a damn good starting point! So you can start there and adjust as needed based on progress and your specific needs. checking in with yourself is also crucial to see progress:-)

Thanks so much guys I appreciate all this feedback π really really means a lot.

What about t3 and t4 where those measured?
Unfortunately they were not. It was just routine bloodwork from the dr. I don’t have any symptoms of low thyroid but I would consider myself an endomorph and can put on fat easy if I don’t watch my nutrition.

Juan, I can’t see the photos buddy? What are your numbers?
BradyAH MAN…. I don’t know why the pic shows up on the computer but not the app π when I try to attach on the app it malfunctions too.
Estradiol is at 102 pmol/L
And TSH is at .91 mIU/L. Thanks for any help π -
I would agree with the nephrologist apart from dropping the protein. They just always say that.
However I am no Doctor ?
Your help here is soooo valuable HIlly. Thanks so much man! Always appreciate your insight!

Juan,
I am a medical student studying to be a physician so take this with a grain of salt. I don’t feel comfortable with this one. Protein in your urine can cause glomerular damage in your kidneys. I’d decrease protein intake to 1g per pound of bodyweight, take a break from gear, and really get it evaluated.
Without being able to see you and see lab work for myself and whatnot, And knowing there’s a family history of it, I only feel comfortable advising you to see the nephrologist. With that being said, be fully transparent about the drugs you use with him. It’s vital he know about any gear you take.
Brady
Thanks so much Brady! That’s the thing I’ve seen the nephrologist and other docs and although it seems to be consistent with the urine tests and bloodwork, they say that kidneys are fine and to keep monitoring every 3 months which I do as the doctors ordered. I’ve tried reading so much about it, I’ve had ultrasounds etc. And I stressed about it so much that there came a point where I had to say “whatever” I can’t control it and so many doctors have said nothing is wrong apart from that marker that I’ve tried to let it go but curious if others have experienced this.

My way to go is this
Finish cycle
Hold Maintain for 6/8 weeks
Never go straight into a cut.
From experience when I did a mini cut or prepped without maintance phase I lost muscle, I covered this in podcast I did with dr Scott also, you need time for new muscle to settle and to βsolidifyβ it
Thanks so much for your response Kuba! I appreciate that. So you would recommend hold it on a trt dose, then 5-7 week mini cut on a trt dose + 100 mg primo like Hilly recommended and then new offseason mass gain cycle say (6-8 weeks maintain+5-7 weeks mini cut=)11-15 weeks later? Thanks so much for your help!

Imo I like my trt to be a slightly elevated Trt/ sports Trt
For example 150mg test : 100mg mast or primo
Then I like to cut when using this as I feel there is little to 0 chance of loosing some muscle in a mini cut on this dose
Unless you carry muscle like Jordan / kuba / james H etc then itβs possibly you could argue
Thank you soo much for your help Hilly! I appreciate that. I HAVE NOTICED YOUR POSTS ALL ACROSS THE FORUM AND THEY ARE SO HELPFUL π
That totally makes sense and a great idea to do. Would you do the mini cut as soon as you finish the 12 week mass gain cycle at say 150 test and 100 primo or would you give a few weeks to hold that weight and new tissue and THEN do the mini cut before a potntial next mass gain cycle? Thanks so much for all your help!
I definitely do not have that amount of muscle on my frame but the goal is to have it one day π

MemberDecember 21, 2021 at 2:20 am in reply to: I find myself in limbo. Time to bulk up or keep cutting?
